Space Place

From start to finish the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating - always going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and always had our best interests are heart. The facility itself is well kept and organized, and great value for money. Although we no longer need storage space, the moment we do I know the first place I'm going back to!

Helen and Hannah, were really helpful and made the process easy swift and understandable. I was really in the dark about how it all works, but now i realise how simple it is.
Really good price as well, i wouldnt hesitate recommending storage giant.

Dean is a real star! We started our business 3 years ago and Storage Giant was our first "warehouse". We worked with Dean back then and he was so helpful and accommodating, and now we are back working with him 3 years later with a much bigger business and more stuff to store that we can't fit in our main warehouse. I cannot recommend the team at Storage Giant enough, and we are excited to be back again! Thanks Dean and the whole Swansea team!

extremely friendly and helpful staff, even able to help with transfering items into unit if struggling to do so when alone, very reasonable rates for Business storage - Academy Home Care Services Ltd

Absolutely brilliant service as always from Hannah and Helen. Always going to the best efforts they can and offering help if I need it. Thanks again guys!

I use Cwmbran Storage Giant for my business and the service the team provide is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and Gareth and Will always go that little bit further to help. They manage my deliveries extremely efficiently and reliably and can be relied upon at all times, with great communication. Can wholeheartedly recommend - you won't get a better service anywhere.

Helen at the Telford store was brilliant. She helped go through any questions I had and made the stressful process of moving house very easy!

I have only got praise for Dean Secker at Storage Giant Swansea. He went the extra mile to help us in our situation. He patiently explained how the system worked and he helped me through the paperwork.

We have recently returned from Portugal and our shipment of belongings was due to arrive before we could get to the facility. Dean organised everything, he liased with the removals company, supervised the arrival of our stuff and made sure Algarve Removals packed everything away safely.

I would highly recommend using Storage Giant. We are so very pleased with the service we received, thankyou Dean.

Nick very pleasant .

Really grateful to Alex the other day who helped me on the phone to understand unit sizes would recommend them to everyone.

Top quality, helpful staff in a very stressful time (like moving home) is what you need. That’s exactly what you will get from storage Giant Kingswinford. Brendon, Chris and Chelsie were amazing. Thank you guys for all your help, guidance and patience as I had to make last minute storage size changes. Five stars from me and a glowing recommendation ✅💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service from Taz. Very accomodating and helpful. Nice clean well maintianed facilities

Great Customer Service from start to finish from Hannah Rich. Hannah took my initial phone call enquiry and guided me in the process of picking the correct size unit by asking me relevant questions about what items i would be storing and arranging for a convenient time for me to come down and see 2 units to ensure i was choosing a unit that would be suitable for me. Once i had chosen the suitable storage unit Hannah made the laborious task of completing the paperwork quick and easy for me to understand. Cant recommend the level of customer service highly enough.

Ed was extremely helpful and provided comprehensive information on all aspects of the self storage provided. I left with the impression that Storage Giant run a tight ship and I'm very happy with the service.

Nothing less than exceptional service. Chris at Kingswinford couldn’t do anymore if he tried. He absolutely made our experience a memorable one. His friendly/cheeky approach put us at ease and made the whole thing enjoyable rather than stressful. The facility is great. Well lit and secure. The price is competitive and nice and local.

Had such amazing service from Craig and Alex they was absolutely amazing they showed me good customer service and helped me look for what size I would need from my stuff and I would like to give a special shout out to Reggie the gnome

Helen has been amazing helping us obtain a storage unit. We’re a volunteer based charity and all of our money comes from fundraising so it was great that Storage Giant can beat quotes. Storage unit is very secure with CCTV, very clean and staff are super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the team at Kingswinford!
