Buying my Mini was refreshingly simple and stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish—clear communication, no hassle, and everything handled with ease. When I arrived to collect the car, they even picked me up from the train station, which was a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.

The car itself was in great condition, though there were a few chips on the windscreen that couldn’t be sorted before collection. The garage arranged for the repairs to be done at my home, which was incredibly convenient.

Overall, I’m really happy with both the car and the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, no-fuss buying experience.

I had to take my car back because the aircon didn't work!! I expect these things to be checked before the car is sold. I test drove it on a cold day so obviously didn't think I was expected to test these things. My last car I brought from you had to be return because stuff didn't work!! I live miles away and although it was fixed quick it was a massive inconvenience involving 2 of us driving there.

This was the second car I’ve bought from here and once again it was a great buying experience. The salesman gave us enough time alone to view the car and we had free rein on the test drive and went where we wanted as opposed to being put on a predetermined test route like some other dealerships. Once we agreed on a fair price the car was available within 2 days after they gave it a good valet and changed the battery. A great car buying experience.

We purchased a second hand Porsche in September 2024. Here are some facts:
The car came with an MOT certificate.
The wheels on the car were not the original wheels.
The August 2024 service invoice shows a new brake pad fitted.
Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) was shown as optional equipment as part of the specification of the car.
We subsequently found that there were no tyre pressure monitor sensors or valves on the car. To pass any further MOT we instructed a 3rd party to fit these at our cost. We discussed the situation extensively with Sparshatts, but sadly they would not accept any responsibility or cover any costs. We hope you have a better experience.

From submitting an enquiry through Autotrader, follow up through WhatsApp and driving away with my car the next morning this process was made easy and understandable. I mostly dealt with Jason, but everyone I met was kind and professional, I would come back and I would recommend.

I bought our new family car last week from the salesman Chris Clarke who was nothing but honest and upfront about everything and the best thing about Chris was that he wasn’t pushy for the sale unlike most salesman in which actually put me and my wife off the car we was originally going to get until I come across this lovely seat ateca and Chris dealt with the rest. Can’t thank Chris or this lovely company enough.
