Good choice of frames and competitive prices. Collection could have been better as no fitment checks were made.

Very disappointed with Specsavers. I needed an NHS-funded eye health check because of problems with my eye and was hoping to get some reassurance. Instead, I was told to call a number, give my details and then choose an area for an appointment. When you are worried about your eyesight, being passed around like this feels very unhelpful. I appreciate there may be a procedure, but the whole experience left me feeling discouraged rather than supported.

They say it takes a maximum of 10 days to receive your contact lenses. I had to call them, and they told me it has been delayed and expected in an additional week, totaling 21 days from the moment I subscribed.We are talking about vision, people rely on this to work to enjoy life. I don't get a single email saying it's been delayed. I had to call. Unbelievable, just terrible service.

Referred me to Spa Medica for removal of cataracts.l did not wait long to have the surgery and Spa Medica were excellent.

Easy to order, no delivery charge!!! And arrived in a few days. I have dropped Lenstore and will definitely reorder my contact lenses through Specsavers!

Collected my glasses on Friday 7th August and had to have them adjusted as they were slipping on my nose. Whilst trying to adjust them the frame broke so they got another frame to transfer the lenses into. I had to return the following day as I couldn't see through them and they were still very loose on my face. What had happened was that they had put the lenses in the wrong way around, left lenses in right side and right lens in left side. The glasses are still very loose on my head and still blurry when I try them on. I've gone back to my old ones! It's good that I can laugh about it though.

Just felt like the staff at Lakeside Thurrock couldn’t care less about you. Had to return twice to have them readjusted but it almost too much trouble! The manager clearly whispered something to a colleague when a returned a second time. Very poor service, probably why they are so cheap and bottom end.
