Customer service

The service was poor, and in my case, I didn't like the treatment I received from the reception staff. They weren't kind enough to assist me properly when handing me the glasses. Everything had to be done while I was standing, and I have back problems. It caused me a lot of pain in my legs and spine. I had to stand the entire time.

Been here a few times
I find the staff very pushy and how they speak to you is a joke
The prices are not very good either
This was at crystal peaks Sheffield
I will never use them again
If I could give them zero stars I would

Just a fantastic service

Just a fantastic service. Friendly, humorous talented and they go above and beyond. They genuinely care. I used the store in Cosham I have nothing to criticise. Perfect I'm so grateful you've no idea 😊🙏🕊️❤️.
