Great company just two minor issues.
Motor home was two days late being delivered due to a spare part not available. The front windscreen blind was damaged and bodged with gaffa tape and we didn’t notice until we got home. Minor issues but would’ve got 5* otherwise.

Purchased my new caravan from Spinneys in Stoke on Trent recently and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I want to thank William Shore, my sales executive who dealt with me, especially the handover on my collection day. Really pleased and a satisfied customer, couldn’t recommend this company enough.

This could have so easily been 5 stars as we have been dealing with spinney for some time now. The hand over went really well as per and our first run out on a proper site went well. However I went in the van this morning and realised that the solar panel wasn’t charging the leisure battery. Went through the manual ruled out most things. Phoned the dealership and was told some one would phone me back ( still no call but the young lady who answered didn’t ask for my name.
Looked on YouTube for any pointers and there it was. The PDI team hadn’t fitted the fuse.
Basic error guys.
Apart from that pleased with the van 👍

Purchased a brand new caravan march…
Purchased a brand new caravan march 2025.£55000 . Due to sudden passing of my wife..and at the time of first service.asked the possibility of buying back.as was no further use to me .offered £20000 less.have now sold to independent caravan dealer for a lot more. Have requested a service book for new owners. Have been told should of been supplied with caravan. No show. Shocking service...

Andrew was our sales person and Ian delivered the caravan and sited it for us. We had one hiccup re the past service history which is still being followed up but the buying process was smooth from getting the van from a different branch to enable us to view to the handover from Neil. Ian delivered the van to site and set the whole thing up for us, can't praise his service enough. Thank you the caravan is our home for a good few months now whilst are new house is being finished.

Great Customer Service
We purchased our Coachman Lusso II from Spinney Northamptonshire in April 2025. This was our first experience with Spinney as a dealership.
The service received from ordering the van, through to delivery and handover and now at first service has been excellent.
We have had a few minor warranty issues, all dealt with professionally and efficiently by Sue and the service and warranty team.
We would definitely recommend Spinney Northamptonshire.

Undervalued customer experience
Eager and helpful to secure the sale, but poor customer service once they had the sale.
Pick up day was chaotic and we felt very undervalued considering the high level of spend.
Handover of the vehicle was rushed and we were issued the wrong tracker tags, no spare key and also given the wrong rig set up information; all of which was far from ideal and made for an interesting first trip in the new van.
Would not recommend.
