From the first phone call to reserve a caravan we had been looking for then to save the caravan until we were ready to collect was really good. Then on collection and the 2 hour hand over with Gary Knight the whole experience was excellent. Looking forward to the after sales service if required as they seem so reliable.

Overall Good but not 5*
On arrival we were supposed to be meeting Richard sales manager who we had been dealing with, on arrival we were told he was day off, he had arranged for a number of things to be sorted out. Hannah took over and told us everything would be sorted. Neal did an excellent handover and found a couple of faults the main on being the Avtex Tv would not tune in. The Service department were brilliant and ended up fitting an older TV as a temporary measure whilst they made a warranty claim for a new one. All other issues were sorted. On doing the paperwork with Mark the vehicle had not
been registered with Sergeants for the tracker, Everything else was fine. Overall a good impression. We were left a long while whilst things were sorted out.

No Pressure, No Hassle – Just Excellent Service
Five stars from us – starting right at the beginning.
We dealt with Alan in sales, who took a completely no-pressure approach. He simply laid out the facts about the caravans within our budget, clearly explained the differences and features, and talked us through the payment options available. There was never any push to buy.
We went away for a few hours with some questions, emailed them over, and received quick, clear responses every time. That relaxed, honest approach gave us enough confidence that we didn’t even bother travelling an extra hour north to view other caravans we had shortlisted.
When it came time to purchase, the process was straightforward, well explained, and genuinely easy. Collection day couldn’t have gone better. We were handed over to another Alan, an ex-JLR engineer, who was incredibly thorough. He took us through every function of the caravan step by step – from lighting and systems to the microwave – covering practical use, theory, helpful tips, tricks, and winter storage.
The handover was hands-on and detailed, and you honestly couldn’t ask for better. My wife and I left feeling confident, informed, and slightly disappointed we hadn’t booked a site that same day to take the caravan straight out.
Needless to say, Spinney Warwickshire have earned five stars from us. We couldn’t be happier with the service and genuinely look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Exceptional service
From start to finish our experience with Spinney (Staffordshire) was 10/10. Rebecca went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful. This is out first caravan, and was very well priced. The caravan itself was in excellent condition overall however there was one defect which we found and it was fully repaired by Spinney with no questions asked. Spinney also delivered our caravan to our site (121 miles away!). We were given a full and comprehensive demonstration of the van to show that everything was in working order and also to make sure that I knew how to operate everything, this was so valuable. We will be straight back when we are ready for an upgrade.
