Everything was very nice, everything went smoothly, and I even got a free upgrade because the car I'd pre-ordered was a bit small.

I had a Mazda CX-90 with an inline six-cylinder engine and all-wheel drive. Really great and lots of space. It was quite thirsty, but gas isn't that expensive in Canada.

PERFECT

Everything was perfect. Service at the airport was quick (for a small additional fee, they offered us a better car, which translated into lower operating costs). The car was a 2025 hybrid. We extended our rental by one day without any problems. We returned the car quickly and efficiently at the airport. The rental was without a deposit or credit card. I highly recommend it.

Sunny Cars service was excellent from start to finish. The whole process of booking the car, picking up the car and returning at Palma Airport was very well organised. I would highly recommend them.

Easy Check in, quick Return, nice car

We’ve just come back from Milan after our fifth car rental booking with Sunny Cars, and once again, a great experience. So far, we’ve rented cars through them in Milan, Barcelona, and three times at Eindhoven Airport.

They work with well-known rental companies such as Autovia, Hertz and Europcar. The provider can vary depending on the car you choose and the pick-up and drop-off times, but the process is always consistent thanks to their strong partnerships.

One of the biggest advantages is that everything is included in the total price, especially the insurance. You don’t need to worry about extra coverage or hidden costs, as it’s all arranged in advance.

Pick-up is very straightforward. The desk is either at the airport or a short shuttle bus ride away, which is all organised beforehand. You simply collect the keys, leave the credit card deposit, and drive off. Returning the car is just as easy: hand back the keys and head to the airport.

All the rental companies are familiar with Sunny Cars, and it really feels like everything is taken care of. Highly recommended for a smooth and stress-free car hire experience.

It was an easy process. The car was very clean, drove great and we connected the gps from our phone to the car display. The most important was the peace of mind of having the full insurance cover. As soon as we returned the car they inspected it and released the deposit straight away. We will definitely rent from Sunny Cars again.

We booked thru Sunny Cars and ultimately rented a car via Helle Hollis.. Helle Hollis at Malaga Airport were incredibly organized and the best car rental place I've experieced so far. Someone waited for us as the airport with a list of people, they took us to the car rental place, there 4 people on screens were working to hand over cars (took 3 min). At return it took 1min, signed the return form, got the deposit back in 1 day and all done. Incredible! Highly recommend!

It was my first time renting from this rental company on the recommendation of my son and I must say that there was no problem. I picked up the car at the agreed time and returned my deposit. There was no problem with the rental and during the rental period. I highly recommend SunnyCars.

We rented a car to drive from Bangkok to Krabi. Everything worked out very very well. The staff at the airport was friendly and already knew all the info they needed. The car was very nice too. Everything went smoothly. Sunny car also provided us with an extra guide with additional info for our travel region which was very nice. We definitely recommend!

Each time a good expérience

Sunny Cars offers competitively priced rentals with great insurance coverage. The one time I've had to claim they handled it with minimum paperwork and paid in full. The only area I feel they could do better is passing my information to the pickup location - often I've had to fill out a form and recapture information already in my Sunny Cars booking.

A hassle-free experience that allowed us to focus on our trip rather than worrying about the problems of renting a car. Thank you, Sunny Cars, for making car rental so much easier. great service!

We were an American group that rented cars through a Travel agent that contracted the rental with Sunny Cars during our trip to Scotland in October 2025. One reason we used Sunny Cars was they offered 100% coverage in case of an accident. Unfortunately, an accident did occur. The rental car company (Hertz) made a $2,884 USD to the credit card. We were assured Sunny Cars would reimburse us. Sunny Cars asked for a statement on the accident and a copy of the credit card charge which we sent to them on November 30, 2026. We have been working with the Travel Agent and I have also personally contacted Sunny Cars. Since November 30, 2026 we have been told so many excuses (during early December we weretold they are working on it, then the fist of January we were told the reimbursement was held up because of the holidays, an email was sent from Sunny Cars to the Travel Agent on February 10, 2026 that the reimbursement was sent to the USBank Account provided to them in November. When I followed up today their said they will look into it. This began in November and now we are 3 months into waiting for the reimbursement. If this is how Sunny Cars does business I DO NOT recommend using them for any car rental. I have back-up emails for everything I have posted on this review.
