Website is atrocious

I cant explain how absolute dogshit the user interface is. Trying to get an appointment using their website is like splitting and atom with chopsticks. Not to mention when you do get an appointment, the timings are so wildly inaccurate you might receive a text telling you its time to join D-day. It may say 15 minutes but there's actually an hour. It may say youre next and to make your way there as youre up in 10 minutes, but the person in front of you has a 45 minute slot.

Weston Favell Supercuts is absolutely…

Weston Favell Supercuts is absolutely great. Stella and Louise cut my hair exactly how I like it. Never rushing and taking time with my daughter who is very anxious about hair cuts. I love going there as they’re so friendly and amazing stylists

Disabled people not welcome

I wanted to get a trim, nothing major just a bit of a tidy up. I went into the Nottingham Intu Victoria Centre store to meet a member of staff who did everything possible to put me off, took my name incorrectly and then told me to come back at 2:15 (it was noon). I returned at 2:15 as agreed and was ignored for 30 minutes while everyone who wasn’t in a wheelchair was spoken to, welcomed and received a haircut. I haven’t been treated this badly in a long time. It was made absolutely clear that I was not welcome, an inconvenience. Go anywhere else, especially if you’re disabled.

DON'T EVEN TRY IT!!!!

Do not waste your time at Supercuts Meadowhall.
I went there with my 18-year-old niece, who has beautiful hair and only needed a protein treatment, a layered cut, and a wash and blow-dry. From the very beginning, the experience was awful.
First, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain what my niece wanted, just to help, and the same woman spoke to me in a shockingly disrespectful way — basically telling me to sit down, very rudely. I was honestly offended but stayed calm and sat.
Instead of focusing on her work, this so-called “stylist” kept chatting and laughing with the other hairdressers, behaving like a total amateur. The final result was disastrous. No layers, no shine — nothing at all. My niece’s hair looked as if she had washed it herself at home with cheap supermarket products.
I paid, but with great regret — and almost ended up arguing with the stylist because the work was unacceptable.
Tomorrow I’m taking my niece to a real hairdresser to have the job done properly.
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a complete waste of money — absolutely ridiculous!

Super cuts Meadow hall Sheffield

Staff are rude, unprofessional and seriously under skilled

Went here with my daughter for a haircut. She is disabled and has sensory issues and learning disabilities. The service she received was despicable. The hairdresser had a terrible attitude towards her. She spoke to her in a disgusting way. No compassion or patience.

Also charged £25 to literally take the ends off. Will never come here again and will make sure I let everyone know

Mansfield branch Paloma

Had a lovely haircut today from Paloma at the Mansfield branch. Loved how she listened to what I wanted. She gave me some great tips to build some strength back into my hair from some recent hair loss from being unwell. Hope she is there next time.

They make me look ten years younger!

I often go to the Hempstead Valley branch, always been great in there, there's often a queue so you know its a decent place, sometimes you can go straight in though. Always a decent cut, staff seem friendly enough, they make me look ten years younger!

My partner has been going here for a long Time went in Yesterday all blocked and closed off

No Warning no Text message nothing To Say permanently closing down Very Rude and inconsiderate to Long Term returning Customers

Very unappreciative company and couldn't have the Decency to Let Long Term returning customers know we had to find out by Going up there to be welcomed by a blocked off unit

Over charged

Terrible - overcharged. Mine and my daughter's haircut was done very well but the receptionist totally overcharged us. We were not aware of charges for straightening and also the initial price discussed. At the end we were charged an exorbitant amount for a simple wash, cut, blow dry.

Avoid Hounslow Supercuts hairdresser…

Avoid Hounslow Supercuts hairdresser Theodora absolute rubbish. Cannot cut a fringe, it is way too short and is sticking up like a hedgehog, absolute disaster. I had to trim the fringe as it was uneven and also I am now pinning it up until it grows which is difficult as it’s so short. I will NEVER go there again. I have been there for years but not anymore.

Pricing is made up

Massively over charged twice now. I used to love going to the Mansfield supercuts branch but the last 2 times ive been overcharged and when I questioned it, I was just stared at blankly. I wont return, which is a shame.

Absolutely pathetic and no- care…

Absolutely pathetic and no- care attitude of most of the hair dressers in Bull Ring Birmingham Super cuts Hair salon. They wasted my 2 hours at the salon waiting for my turn. Left the salon without any service. All those time-wasting women hairdressers need to be sacked.

Paid 110 for full hair dye,realised after a week or so that patches of natural hair were back.asked store to redo it ,they said when the stylist returns from holiday ask for it to be touched up .when she came back the manager told me I had to pay again as left too long! Won't be going back to pay again for poor service

Great cut and advise

Went into Supercuts in Whiterose Leeds for a second time. I had a new lady cut my hair who advised me of how much I should have cut off due to dryness and damage. She also advised me how to look after my hair on a regular basis ie oil everyday and mask weekly to keep it healthy and shiny. The cut was great and I acted upon her advise. My hair feels the best it's felt in a long time. Thank you 🙏💕

Under skilled and over priced!

I’m appalled. My Grandmother visited the salon yesterday to get her hair done and I’m severely disappointed with how they allowed her to leave the salon. Her hair was terrible. Flat, no shape and a terrible cut.
It was her 96th birthday yesterday and she wanted her hair doing. It was beyond awful. I wish I was there with her because I would not have allowed her to pay £43 for that!
I contacted the “salon” and apparently everyone who works there is qualified including the “2 new girls”… debatable.
To rub salt into the wound they’ve said to bring her back so the manager can fix it.
I wouldn’t trust anyone in there with a pair of scissors around my daughter’s barbie dolls let alone bring back my precious grandmother!
Avoid.
The fact that she paid £43 turns my stomach

I have my hair cut multiple times and…

I have my hair cut multiple times and have also been happy as I travel over 40 minutes to get it cut, today went in there to get my roots done dark and white on top, I was told it was do able, I showed the lady multiple times what colour, my hair was blonde when I walked in and blonde when I left, spent over 3 hours in there and payed a lot of money for the wrong colour, phoned up and I was shouted at by her would t like me get a work in a called me a con artist, and the manager in there had no back bone and said I agreed the colour, who in there right mind would pay that kind of money for basically the same colour! And just to let you all know she slags her clients off when they leave, calling someone stupid when she left! Says it all really! Thanks Claire arney

Bad haircuts

Bad haircuts, rude staff. Staff will breach their own policy and never allow dry cuts. Then leave you with an uneven hairline. Do yourself a favour and go another salon. Terrible place.

Very bad!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at your salon. My daughter and I spent over half an hour waiting at the front desk, completely ignored by the staff. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the stylist with short curly hair, who clearly saw us waiting but chose not to engage or inform us about any delays.

It was disheartening to see her smirk and seemingly finding our situation amusing. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is not what I expected from your establishment. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way toward improving our experience.

I hope this feedback encourages your team to prioritise customer communication and respect for their time. I genuinely hope that this was an isolated incident and that others won’t have to endure the same treatment.
