Avoid Supercuts in Staines at all…
Avoid Supercuts in Staines at all costs. I went there today as every few years I get my head shaved. I asked for a four on the sides and a five or six on the top, the hairdresser said she understands and then proceeded to say a pixie cut was better and started doing a pixie cut. I told her I didn't want a pixie cut and she would not listen and did what she wanted. I told her I didn't like it it was too long and AI want it shaved like a buzz cut. She then told me I needed to wash my hair halfway through the cut and I said why you are shaving it off and I have prescribed shampoo for a sensitive scalp and cannot use anything else or I would have a reaction she said I had to have my hair washed as I was half way through the service I did it. She finally listened to me and shaved my hair off, still not they way I wanted it or how I have had it before but she wouldn't do it shorter. She also put product in my hair when I said no as I would have a reaction and she ignored me. They sneak in extra charges at every cost even when you say you don't want something. I complained and Supercuts replied with this is common practice to wash the hair but my situation wasn't common I have had a reaction my scalp is inflamed and itchy and my doctor has had to prescribe me cream. I do not recommend this place ever. The Hounslow Supercuts did my hair three years ago and they did not wash it after I said I have medication for a sensitive scalp. They can be trusted. But to be honest I would rather pay an extra £20 and go to a proper hairdressers.
Stylist Sasha 10/10!!!
Great haircut with Sasha in Farnborough today. Went in for a trim came out with a new look which I love!! Great to talk to and the hair wash was 10/10. Will be back in 8 weeks for that trim!! Just the two stylists but they managed the store professionally.
Supercuts in the potteries centre
Supercuts in the potteries centre, Hanley. I should've gone to a barber as would've given a better haircut. Not worth half of the £24 I was charged. Not even a decent trim.
Worth every penny
Went to Supercuts in Leeds just before a rock concert and in desperate need of a hair cut. Lady asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to go for such a radical change (ref: hair past shoulders so ear length) until I showed her a before and after of my last hair cut (waist length to pixie cut). Showed her the inspo photo and said "something like that, but have fun. I'm going to the Bryan Adams show tonight!"
She took one look and said "I know EXACTLY what to do, leave it to me, I'm gonna make you feel like a princess!"
She was wrong, she made me feel like a GODDESS! She took the inspiration photo, played with it a bit and made me look like a rock chick, then said, "Comb it forward and it's perfect for work!"
How right she was, I've had so many compliments at work and feel 20 years younger. If Supercuts read this, please pass my thanks on!
Overpriced
Overpriced. Convenient to walk in but it's a production line and I barely had a trim. Not worth a tenner.
burton on Trent
Went into the burton on Trent shop and used the hold your space and told to come back in an hour, went back in an hour to be told they couldn’t do it then and to come back in another hour, terrible service
Supercuts Woking Disgusting!
I waited three hours for my slot to be deleted called and got screamed at and the phone put down on me! Absolutely disgusting customer service very very disappointed! Supercuts Woking staff have no manners, no customer service skills and I did not even get to a haircut! I was shocked and upset at the way they spoke to me and how they just didn’t care that I had waited and they deleted me from the cue! As a company I will not be looking to use their services again!
The swan birmingham
The swan birmingham, absolutely livid. Spent all week in and out getting skin tests and a hair strand test, they even called to say it would be OK. Asked if I could book in was told no. Told to come Thursday as the hair dye lady would be in. Turned up to be told they couldn't do it till next week when im away. Now no time to go anywhere else as they will also require a 48 hour skin test. Avoid like the plague if you have plans. Terrible service.
Disgusting ruined my hair length
Watford high street, Went for hair cut yesterday just asked for half an inch of trim or 1 inch of trim my hair length before cut was 25 inches mid back length she cut my hairs more then 10 inches left me in tears because I asked her more then 3 times I just need a trim and some just front banges/fringes , she didn't bothered to take knots out from back of my hairs and did haircut with knots in them, rubbish hair wash extra low quality shampoo and washing way, I couldn't believe when I saw my hair length after trim she goes it's wet once they dry u be fine. How the hell she can cut someone's hair from 25 inches to shoulder length. Rip of place never ever going there again the lady who was giving hair cut sounds mentally disturb she was keep repeating same things 10 times I just went quite and said how long u been working she said 10 years but she don't deserve even 1 star from yesterday's service she provided. Absolutely disgusting service she should listen to their clients needs first and what they want cutting someone's hair to short is absolutely joke,

I saw lyndsey in the supercuts manchester store for a trim and colour. She was absolutely amazing, super talented. She is also very kind and friendly. Had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a talented hairdresser.
Supercuts-Meadowhall-Toddler Haircut
2nd April 2025 around 6.15pm . Took my 2 year old son for a haircut forgetting the previous bad experience we already had with the staff and was treated no less than the other day . We were waiting over half an hour for this haircut and when it was the time we were asked to come and make my son sit but not a single pleasant smile to welcome a toddler or us. Woow what an awful experience, not a single smile on her face …Then to be told that he cannot sit on my lap (can understand if it’s their policy) , then she sprayed a load of water on his hair as if she was going to cut his hair for sure , then told me that she can’t continue if he keeps on crying . Come on just say some kind words to your little customer say hello and interact and make an attempt but, nothing at all. Then when we were packing up things to go out without a haircut after no attempts were made by this lady , who then told us that if she cuts his hair it’ll be like torturing him…. Unbelievable. Please train your staff to face customers in a nice way…. The staff there don’t seem to be enjoying what they are doing. Do not recommend for toddlers at all and will never go there again as of this day ! I would suggest you investigate this behaviour and it will no longer exist.
Just to show how different the service was, we then went to take a picture of my son for the passport and he was again started to cry but the lady who took the picture spoke to him nicely and got the job done.
Funky Divas is 100% better if you need a haircut.
Thanks .
I visited Manchester for the weekend…
I visited Manchester for the weekend and went to Supercuts in the Arndale centre. I have short hair and it needs a precise cut. Lindsay was fabulous. She was warm and welcoming and listened to what I wanted. Once she started I knew I was in good hands. My cut is perfect and she was so lovely. I would definitely return when I visit Manchester again.

Until today I was fairly satisfied...
Until today I was fairly satisfied with Supercuts in Birmingham. I will never use them again. After several years as a loyal customer, I went to the salon and found my stylist was no longer there. In fact none of the usual stylists were there. On a Saturday afternoon the usually very busy shop was dead, no one waiting, and only two people who appeared to be working despite city centre being unusually busy. It was not friendly or inviting, the person at the desk didnt seem happy at all. I tried to explain to her what I needed, and that I had washed my hair just an hour before arriving, and could not let them wash it because I am allergic to their shampoo. My normal stylist is aware of this and has always accommodated my needs. As I was explaining this the 'manager' walked up and without knowing my circumstances refused to allow me to have my hair cut and then after being rude to me told me that she didn't like my attitude and refused me service. I doubt the shop will be open for long with someone like that as a manager. I walked out, found a lovely local salon that had no issues with giving me a dry cut, and even gave me a walk-in appointment because someone had re-scheduled. And it was cheaper. Make a different choice than Supercuts, you'll get better service and better value. I hope the nice people who used to work at Birmigham Supercuts have found better jobs.

Tom is amazing I have an issue with my hair and I am very scared to cut my hair
He so kindly reassured me and was very professional to explain to me my hair type and what goes well with me
Thank you so much Tom I will always come to you and will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family
Lewisham.branch
Lewisham branch: Woman used mens electric clipper to cut my hair, my neck is still sore and itching!! So bad!! Plus I was charged more than the £23 for my dry cut! Be warned, they will try to pull wool over your eyes and charge more where they can, I even refused hairspray as she probably would have charged for a tiny spray of that! This definitely isn't a proper ladies hair salon with highly skilled attentive professional staff. You also end up with hairs all over your face, neck and back, and thei're not bothered about that either. It's one in, one out as quick as possible mentality, and try to make more money where they can.
Appalling
Appalling. Rachel Completely ruined my hair and had 0 remorse, Cut most off my hair off and made it very thin, cutting chunks out and left me with a overall bizarre cut with some sort of shelf but worse of all the customer service was absolutely horrendous. When I told Rachel i was guttered over how she had ruined my hair she started shouting at me really loudly in front of everyone, I had my little baby with me, no one shouts in front of her. Actually in disbelief anyone would treat a customer like this, I have never been treated worse, 0 customer service, disgusting attitude, Shouting at customers?! Extremely bad hair cut along with a very unpleasant experience. I was treated like trash. Never ever met anyone with more of a vulgar attitude. I advise everyone to avoid! Worst cut of my life. she has cut chunks out, Incredibly bad cut. Have all the pictures for context. Had to go to another hairdressers pay again to have it corrected they said it’s a extremely bad job and the hairdresser has ‘butchered me’ and left me with a ‘shelf’ so I have had to have all my hair cut off to a Bob days before my two week holiday, my partners 40 th birthday party and my Little girls 1st birthday party and of course was left all over the Christmas period like this. I contacted customer service, they said they won’t take the complaint further this is because Rachel told them a load of blatant lies which is very concerning, told them to check cameras because I could tell by the kind of person Rachel was she would lie, what happened to the customer is always right? ‘they also said I am being very dramatic about it’ which is beyond unprofessional. It’s not about the money it’s no one acknowledging cos horrible this was for me. They just don’t care.
