Got a damaged wetsuit, no answer on either phone or email for over a week. Customer service is extremely disappointing.

Great ordering experience. Ordering was easy, and the shipment arrived in the Netherlands very quickly.

The package arrived in perfect condition, so thank you for that. The Dutch translation on the website could use a bit of attention, but the ordering process itself went smoothly and everything worked out well.

I bought a SUP board online and first wanted to make sure that both the website and the offer were legitimate. After checking, I found that the webshop is part of Surfline.dk⁠, which gave me confidence to place the order.

The mix between Dutch, German and Danish is a bit confusing. Otherwise all is fine. Really happy with the sup!

Quick and correct delivery at a really nice price

I ordered 2 SUPs but only one was delivered. I immediately sent an email to the support mail but after three days I still haven't gotten a response. I tried calling them several times but no answer.

I finally got a response and was sent the rest of my order. Unfortunately I had to contact them yet again to remind them to send the missing item.

Very good paddle board. I'm beginning on this sport and I'm fascinated. It's very stable.

They put the return cost on the customer, which in my case cost a lot of money. Make sure to consider this before buying from them and factor it into the price. The customer support was not useful and did not address my questions adequately.

There able experience with this organization. Ordered a skiing pants which was discounted and the organization sold me something they don't have on stock and don't know when they are getting it back on stock again.

First they will try to sell you a alternate which is totally not inline with what you bought (Color wise in my case). Then after some days to come with the communication that the external party is also out of stock and that you get the option to cancel and you will get your money back in 1-3 days. After 3-4 days I am still waiting for their cancelation confirmation

Further the chat function on their website isn't useful as it will always redirect you to send a email. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a couple of days and on multiple moments during the days but never ever was there someone to answer the questions!

Great jacket, extremely fast delivery. Pictures on the website was true to IRL experience. Size guide made it easy and convenient to find the right size. Can really recommend!
