Awful website experience
They have a good selection of products, but the website experience is awful! It loads very slowly so it took a long time to place my order. The site also looks outdated and could use some design and dev love.

Average communication
Item status said "In stock", but when I made the order, received an email explaining that item is not available and that they can send me similar item.
I replied, saying that I do not want the similar item, and will be happy just to get other items in my order. When received the delivery the similar replacement item was included and I was charged for it of course. 🤷♂️

Men du gav os ingen mulighed for at ændre fejlen eftersom du aldrig henvendte dig med fejlen før lang tid efter hvor du så skriver denne anmeldelse.
Vi prøver virkelig altid at rette vores fejl - og selvfølgelig laver vi fejl! Men uden at få at vide vi har lavet fejl, er det altså svært at rette den op.
Håber dog du vil være kunde hos os igen en anden gang.
