Fast service but items in wrong colors
I ordered a kite board and pads/straps. Fast service, however I didn’t receive any of the items in the colors I ordered. I kept them anyway, as they were actually not that bad! The 3 stars because it would be nice if they were informing me that they will sent me a board in different colors.

Great service.
I began learning kitesurfing in the fall of 2012 together with a buddy. After some quite bad experiences with KiteDanmark, we stopped by at Surfline and did another intro class with Kiteskolen Østjylland in early 2013 (excellent!). Then we bought our gear at Surfline, kite, harness, board, everything. Bought two more kites and other small stuff since. I haven’t regretted it. They lent us a beginner’s board for as long as we felt we needed it. With that much gear, of course stuff breaks, so one of the foot straps on my Brunotti board snapped early this year. (On Rømø, ugh!) Surfline had it fixed at their local sailmaker free of charge. Then my board leash broke. It’s one of those reels that automatically retracts the leash, and it stopped doing that. Brought it back to Surfline, got a replacement no questions asked. Few days ago, the other foot strap snapped in the shallow waters of Øer, and Surfline again activated their sailmaker and gave me a loaner board for as long as it took, all free of charge. This kind of service that just keeps you going I find invaluable.
