Excellent experience
We recently bought a Chery tiggo 8 from Sytner Wakefield and wanted to say how happy we were with the service we received. The financial side of it was dealt with by Daniel which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently couldn’t fault him at all,The lady (kit)who handled the handover was also great from start to finish.
She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed, and she made sure we were comfortable with all the features of the car before we left.
Her excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out and made picking up our new car feel extra special.
We also decided to take out a service plan which was dealt with by Nat everything was explained with a friendly manner and was straightforward to do.

A very poor experience with salesman…
A very poor experience with salesman Jamie Taylor. I enquired about a 21 plate M4 on 22nd and 23rd and he did not come back to me at all. Even after sending a email with a offer, he failed to return my emails. Absolutely appalling service from him. The car sold on the afternoon of 23rd June 2026. Very disappointing and gutted by this salesman. I would tell others to avoid this BMW Select Wakefield dealership as they think too much of themselves and don’t provide any customer service.

Herby and Tyler provided amazing customer service
Herby and Tyler provided an amazing service to us. We travelled all the way from Birmingham to buy a 5 series estate. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and we were encouraged to test drive the car before we bought. There was a bit of shaking in the car so we got a little bit put off. Not only did Tyler give us a really good price on our PX, he didn’t release the vehicle we were buying until all the issues were fixed. Not only that, they offered us so many incentives on top. Our brakes were replaced, the car was checked thoroughly for any other issues and we got a free GardX protect on the vehicle too. Tyler and Herby were really nice and kept us up to date from the minute we left the car show room to when we came back to collect the vehicle. They also fuelled up the new car for us for the inconvenience for the other day! We are really happy with the transparent and good service that we have been provided with and will definitely be using Sytner Wakefield again! Highly recommend as they have a really good selection for cars too!! Happy car shopping guys 😊

I was interested in a Mercedes held by Sytner Wakefield, I live a long way away so it was important for me to get a great sense of the car without seeing it in person... I spoke with Yvonne and nothing was too much trouble - making a detailed video showing me the car in minute detail, including my extra requests to see mechanics, scuffs etc.
She also kept me up to date over the next few days RE service and a few other details.
When I arrived the handover by Joe was excellent, I felt very cared for throughout the whole process.

Amazing professionalism and customer service!
We came into the Wakefield store to look for a car for the first time after passing. Had the lost wonderful customer service from both Tyler and hert. Very polite and professional in explaining all the covers, terms, pricing and warranty. Going through the finance process aswell was very helpful and made everything seem easy to understand. Would 1000% recommend and will always look here for future car purchases too.

Unfortunately the service which I was…
Unfortunately the service which I was given after my car broke down after only having it 3 months was appalling from your team, my car was dropped off at your garage on the 27th of April and booked in for the 29th April for the diagnostic.
After contacting your team on the 7th May to see why it was taking so long they blamed the warranty team for delaying which was untrue, I contacted the warranty team and was told they sent a email to your team on the 5th of may asking for the diagnostic codes so they could approve for the repair but your team where dragging there heels and not sending the codes even trying to speak to someone at Sytner was difficult, I even asked to speak to the manager but was told I couldn't speak directly to the manager.
I didn't get the car back until the 22nd of June explain that one and a final bill I had to pay of £525.
After picking the car back up there's a bleeping sound when I turn the engine on which wasn't there before.
As for taking my time to reply to you I know nothing will come of it.
