Quick and efficient service.

I WOULD NOT recommend MikeTurnbull from Taxassist Yarm. My husband and myself started a shared family Buisness in 2009 the Accountant Mike Turnbull put our mind at rest, explaining the process and completing self assessments. All very straightforward and friendly.
In 2023 I announced the end of my marriage and even though Mike Turnbull had a strict professional duty to remain neutral he aligned with my ex.
From 2023 to 2025 there was discrepancies between my dividend vouchers showing dividends paid and accounts, for a Buisness evaluation for court. Taxassist, Mike Turnbull, contacted the police because he was experiencing difficulties with my behaviour. I emailed him to request the complaint procedure. I still haven’t received the procedure I requested.
I can’t even get a second opinion to help and amend personal tax returns because Taxassist refuses to give any company records.
Taxassist approach has left me in a difficult financial position, expensive solicitor fees and there is a fear I will not receive a fair financial settlement because of the non communication and withholding.

Ryan, was very friendly and helpful. Explaining things in plain English and being very patient when I needed further explanation of what are probably simple tax rules. The whole organisation seems very competent so far with efficient admin via email. I will write a second appraisal once they have submitted my tax return as we have only just started the process.

The welcome news of a pension increase also brought letters from HMRC asking me to complete self assessments for both 24/25 and 25/26. Being anxious that I might make unintended errors, I needed an excellent accountant to help me get everything right and fortunately I was recommended to Tax Assist, Quinton. Very prompt, helpful service

Had to do a tax self assessment for HMRC and have never had to do one before, so I looked for a local accountant in the area and found a few and decided to use Tax assist 14 High road Stamford Hill N16 6LS.

I spoke to Mr Muhammad Mobin, office manager and tax advisor who gave me an appointment and told me what paperwork to bring and he would do all the necessary paper work for me, which he did.

Very happy with the work he did, he explained everything very simply for me to understand what had to be done. Result all settled now with HMRC, would recommend always very helpful and satisfied, would use again. Thank you Mr Mobin.
