The whole experience with Taxibox was excellent from start to finish. They answered all of our questions promptly and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Eddie was efficient when collecting the box, arrived right on time, and provided friendly, professional service. I highly recommend Taxibox for their excellent customer service and reliability.

We booked this over a month ago with no hiccups. The tiler then had to change our dates due to a machinery brake down. I phoned Taxibox and had no issues with changing dates.
Then Eddie drove up to our property with the 4 Taxiboxes. Eddie was very lovely. Gave us options and then we
Asked if he could turn one of the boxes
Around so it would be easy for us to load. Eddie didnt hesitate and just did it. He also said that he would be back when we are ready for them to be collected. A very pleasant and helpful young man. He was very professional

We ordered a Taxibox for some renovation work we were doing and needed an on-site storage solution for approximately a week.
From the outset the ordering process was very easy and quick, I did it all online.
I was concerned about where we were going to put the Taxibox due to the steepness of the driveway.
I noted that in the questionnaire and thought I'd probably need to place it on the front lawn which wasn't ideal, however it would have to do.
Along came our delivery driver Eddie. I asked him if he thought we could place the Taxibox on the driveway and he replied that it was no problem at all.
He offloaded the unit and promptly placed it in the perfect spot on the driveway, saving me a lot of walking while carrying furniture.
He was super friendly from the outset and nothing was a problem, Eddie made it all look easy.
It's great to see that good old fashioned service is still out there.

Frank dropped off the taxi box 6:30am with a big smile and was super helpful with where we wanted the box parked down a narrow alleyway. Made the whole process a breeze.

Frank helped me with my taxi box, he was friendly and prompt. We decided on the location of taxi box and the box was placed there shortly with no issues. Great attitude.

Good communication and driver was on time

Frank the pickup driver (also called Frank) was friendly and efficient. And easily managed to navigate the box out of a tight spot.

These guys are genuinely a good business with reasonable pricing. Which is a combination I very much appreciate!

Phone calls were picked up quickly and questions answered promptly throughout the entire process, all the way from booking to pickup. So I also very much appreciated not having to spend 2 business days on hold.

All in all a great experience, and if I ever need them again they’ll be my first point of call.

Great bloke, friendly, accomodating and good service
