Very un user friendly website
Very un user friendly website. Very slow processes. They make you enter numbers on the phone whilst on hold which do not affect anything other than take up your time because you need to repeat these numbers when you get through to a person.

I will give 5 stars just because of Sarah-Jane that resolved my issue in less than an hour
I ve been waiting for my deposit for almost 2 months ,a lot of emails and phone calls back and forth, everyone telling me different things and confusing the life out of me .
Honestly I would give a 2 stars , your staff needs proper training by SARAH .

Staff were friendly and took security seriously as when mentioned I didn’t the the address they wouldn’t go forward with the conversation so it’s nice to know my deposit is safe. Mentioned just about everything that could be useful during my tenancy and provided emails/link to important websites for insurance etc
