My car wouldn't start in my driveway so I called the AA for help, they arrived about 30mins later which was earlier than it said on the app., within less than 10 mins my car was started but it was the battery which wasn't holding a charge, I was advised to get a new battery myself or the mechanic said he could get me the part and fit it for me, to save me any further problems I got him to go ahead with it, after having to attend another job and get the part I was up and running in about an hour, which I thought was amazing.

Would still be sitting in our faulty car ! Cannot rate AA highly enough. Very helpful and polite young man kept us safe til we were back on home ground.

Second time in a week I've had to use AA both mechanics were amazing. They arrived as quick as they could and were very professional and knowledgeable. Issues with my bike and my car were resolved the best way possible and can say it was an amazing service.

Kenny was absolutely brilliant! He was with us within 25 minutes of my original call. We had a blow out on the M11. Kenny was friendly, reassuring and got us back on the road extremely quickly.

The service was excellent. The AA service specialist explained why the problem had occurred and how to avoid a repeat. He was courteous and efficient.

Had an amazing experience after my suspension broke. First time using AA and no issues. Called at 7am and given an hour time slot. Robert called me 10 mins before he was due to arrive. He explained everything and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although unable to fix my vehicle by the roadside he made it safe and driveable so I could get it to a garage. He followed me and gave me a lift home. Couldn't have gone any better amd was back home in just over an hour. Fabulous! Thank you Robert

I have total trust in the AA. Great value for money. Especially with the parts and garage cover and free hire cars for onward travel if you're car can't be repaired at the roadside
