Fast and efficient

Easy to report breakdown online. Received a phone call less than a minute later and was advised someone would be with me within an hour. Dylan turned up well within the time and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Got me to a kwikfit half an hour later having called ahead to book an appointment for me. Great service.

Jack arrived promptly and managed to…

Jack arrived promptly and managed to find the problem very quickly. He managed to get my vehicle running so I could take it to the garage. He followed me just incase I broke down. Made it to the garage and gave me a lift back home. Very pleased with the service.

Good service by the AA.

The service by the AA through Darryl was first class. Both the speed of service & the fault finding was excelent.
The cause of the fault was dueby the courtesy lights were automatically on whilst cleaning inside the car. No doubt the battery was discharged in my lack of knowledge.

Stephen was excellent

Stephen was excellent. Helpful and considerate.

I have only one criticism and that was getting a response from the AA initially.
It took 15 mins of phone calls.
I now have the AA app which apparently should be more efficient. In times of stress, I would rather speak to a person asap

AA arrived within an hour of my call

AA arrived within an hour of my call. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my issue. He clearly explained the problem to me following the diagnostics check and helped me source local garages. As these could not complete works in good time he arranged for Smart Care service to do the works, this is scheduled to be ready for collection in a few days. He towed my car to the nearest designated garage as the car was not to be driven due to the issue and could have ruined the engine.

Car not starting.

Well, 4 in the morning when I am trying to get to work and the car won't start, my only option was to ring the AA, I have never used AA breakdown service before, although it was expensive because I didn't have breakdown cover.
Mr. Randle , who was pleasant and explained everything was extremely helpful , he went above and beyond and got my car fixed. Thank you!
