Absolutely fantastic service from Andrew at the AA today. What started as a very stressful EV charging situation quickly became manageable thanks to his calm, friendly and professional help.

He arrived quickly, immediately knew what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and had the charging cable released within seconds. He also took the time to show me the emergency release procedure and hidden key access on my Lexus RZ, which was incredibly helpful for the future.

A genuinely friendly guy who turned a frustrating experience into something I can actually laugh about now. Credit to the AA — and especially to Andrew for his patience, knowledge and professionalism.

Recovery Service for a damaged tyre,

David the recovery driver arrived within 30 minutes.
This was an excellent response time.
He was very nice and extremely helpful he tried all that he could to get me a temporary fix to get me to a repair centre. Unfortunately he was unable to do this and arranged for a pick up vehicle. Within an hour the driver who was also called David and equally nice and efficient got my car loaded up and took me to a local tyre service company.
I would have to give this a 5 star rating.

We expected to wait. While we waited a long time it was only just getting dark when the AA arrived. We had been kept informed throughout the wait. My main concern was about my husband who is 92 and becomes anxious when he can’t do all the things he used to do. We were warm and safe. The AA man was reassuring and clearly competent. I was reassured and we both felt in safe hands. I cannot praise the service enough.

Although I had rather along wait beyond the time I was given John's service was excellent. He was friendly and businesslike and explained his analysis of the problem [much the same as mine]. He was also very clear an his instructions as to how I should drive when towed to Toyota. So Thank You

Quick response, efficient and helpful.

Ethan arrived promptly and fitted my spare wheel. After telling him that I was due to travel to Scotland the next day, he then assisted me further by arranging to meet him at his nearby lock-up so that he could replace the broken valve sensor in my normal tyre. This allowed me to travel the next day with my normal tyre instead of the emergency one which is of limited use.
Ethan was very friendly and helpful the whole time and kept my spirits up! I can't thank him enough for all his efforts, going the extra mile to help me

We had the AA out today, the service and politeness was very good. And everything was explained in full. And also saved us spending money that did not need to be spent.

Samuel from the AA came out here yesterday (13/05/2026) within an hour to attend to two flat tyres on my car. He was very helpful and dealt with the matter in a kind and professional way. That included finding out which garage was open then and could supply me with two new valves for the tyres. He also drove ahead of me to Kwik Fit in Cambridge and arranged for them to fit the new valves. The service was first-class and couldn't have been better.

Shaun from the AA came out to my vehicle when it wouldn't start, got it running again (with a little help from a soft tap with a hammer!!) this was after all initial tests had been completed. Then ensured I got safely to a local garage for them to do a permanent fix. He then drove me home safely-legend. Fantastic service. Thanks AA, hopefully I won't be calling you again anytime soon :)

Getting explained all the information that we needed to know

The AA patrol man, Ian, arrived promptly and gave me excellent support and advice. He did what was necessary to ensure safe driving until I could get my garage to do the necessary work. He was very good at informing me about the problem and extremely conscientious. 10 out of 10 to Ian!!

Very knowledgable guys with usually tons of experience, and willing to explain detail when asked. I’ve never had a bad experience with the AA, and I wish I could say that about all the other services I use these days.

He arrived in good time, rapidly concluding that a new battery was needed. He went off and got one, fitted it in a few minutes and reset the electrics. And everything done with good humour and a smile. Excellent service.
