Couldn’t ask for any nicer skilful help

The AA colleague who took my request for assistance was very helpful and considerate. He kindly told me the AA service colleague would be with me at 12.15 - but in the event he was there after only 30 minutes waiting. Richard, the AA service colleague was polite considerate knowledgeable and understanding and sorted the problem in twenty minutes or so including fitting a new battery at a fair price. All in All a great way to end a crisis.

The AA man, Dom, arrived within the estimated arrival time and promptly got the vehicle started. He was very professional and courteous.

The AA guy was excellent. He put me a spare tyre on off his van and then followed me to get a new one.

First time brakedown experience…

It was my first time breakdown experience, I was using the app to get the help, and everything was easy, live tracking just over 1 hour and rescue van it was on side, clutch pipe fixed on the road, good and friendly mechanic Martin.

Hassle Free

The engineer came to my drive very promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, suggested solutions, and fixed it on the spot.
I was back on the road within a couple of reporting the breakdown with no hassle.

Brilliant professional service

I have home start which is brilliant. I pre booked the call-out and Dean arrived as requested and got me back on the road. The call centre kept me updated with time scale of arrival. The service I received was professional and the solution sorted out.

I was fully informed about what time l…

I was fully informed about what time l will be expecting Tim the patrol man to arrive. He was very helpful regarding my breakdown and got me back on the road to take my van to the garage.

AA are the worst breakdown cover ever

AA are the worst breakdown cover ever. My first and last experience with them never again. Left me and 1 year old daughter stranded at a garage when i was suppose to get a courtesy car delivered to me within an hour. 5 hours later still at the garage and no one came to help us. And now they said parts and garage wont cover us and left me with a £500+ garage bill. Thank you so much AA. You are misleading customers and making false promises. I had the worst experience ever. Im cancelling my membership and anyone i know i will be informing them. They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to actually providing the service i have paid for they are not so quick and will use any excuse to not pay for anything. Stay away dont use AA. They take your money but dont provide the services that you pay for on your breakdown cover. Liars and scammers, really disappointed. Will be looking to sue.
