I decided to try this chocolate for the first time, I must say I am very disappointed with it, I bought the salted caramel brownie and the biscuit tin.
The biscuit one has not much taste and not much in the way of biscuit pieces, I can honestly say all I get is overwhelming sweet taste, the brownie is a little better, but again just to much sugar.
I really don't think it's worth the money, and I would not buy again.

I've had both chocolate bars and easter eggs from the Chocolate Smiths and the quality is just unbelievable! I have just tried the gold chocolate bar and it's the best chocolate bar I've ever tasted! Can't recommend enough!

Love ordering from the chocolate smiths. The chocolate is next level. Its expensive dont get me wrong but when you have it, it all makes sense. As soon as you open the package its a whole experience. They have thought of it all, everything is wrapped in quality materials and packaging. I have made an embarrasing amount of orders already and I dont think ill stop

The chocolate smith’s chocolate is by far my favourite. The quality is amazing. The taste is sensational.
I don’t mind paying a bit more for handcrafted chocolate. Yes it takes about 2 weeks to ship and that just shows how much time goes in to making the bars I am yet to be disappointed.
I am not vocal publicly about what I like and don’t like. I make the exception for the chocolate smiths because I just enjoy it that much. They say money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy these bars and that makes me happy.

I didn’t taste the chocolate (it looked delicious).
I ordered internationally.
The product arrived completely sealed on the outside. Not airport resealed after inspection.
My caramel bar was not wrapped properly. The label and foil weren’t folded tightly around the chocolate bar.
It was cracked and oozing out.
My biggest mistake is I didn’t photograph it. I disposed of it as being a food item, looked risky to consume.
Then decided to let the company know. They didn’t offer to replace. I understand without a photo, but I’m truthful and would have preferred a replacement.
Their inner box packaging is fun and made me smile.
Good shipping time, customer service for complaints is poor.

Like many other reviewers, I received a box with chocolate with a best before date of 2 days. Like others, I’d waited 3 weeks for delivery. This is not acceptable.
The manufacturer has to accept that when you charge a premium price, customers have every right to expect a premium product - and that includes the product and packaging. My cheap cardboard box fell apart after removal from the outer box. Bars of chocolate had wrappers which were put on upside down.
Truly a case of you can’t judge a book by its cover - it looks premium, but is far from being premium.

I purchased the coffee and stroopwafel. To be honest I was disappointed in this bar. Every other I’ve tried have been really tasty. Filling scrumptious. This was bland and lacked crunch of the stroopwafel. Wouldn’t purchase again. Chocolate excellent.

The golden caramel bizarre bar was so delicious! I would buy it all the time if I could. For the price it is definitely worth it for a treat!

I've been buying chocolate from the Chocolate Smiths since 2021, it just gets better year on year. It is the ultimate treat, so tasty, so different, so worth it!

I've tried several Chocolate Smiths bars and I haven't come across one I dislike. The chocolate is exceptional and you can tell it's good quality by the 'snap' it makes when you break it. Can't wait to keep trying the new creations in future 🤎

This time I chose the cherry bakewell and it was just so good.
What I find remarkable is that it wasn't sickly sweet. But it hit the spot!
I just couldn't bring myself to share it...

It's just the best tasting chocolate ever! And the packaging on all the products is just brilliant, you know you are about to eat something special!

Great chocolate, easy ordering.
Delivery is usually quick, given the chocolate is freshly made, all-round great service.

This company make fantastic products which are beautifully packaged. It’s evident that a lot of care and love goes into making these items.
My only reason for not being totally satisfied on this occasion was that one item was lacking one of the main items (stroopwaffle) which is pretty much the star of the show in the piece. I have ordered the same item before so know it was 💯 lacking. A little disappointing but only on this occasion.

OMG there is no words good enough to describe this mouth watering chocolate.. it’s really not for sharing… I’m totally addicted to it,, my dark choc Easter egg was so so good.. I had to hide it so the husband didn’t find it… awaiting my next purchases ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love The Chocolate Smiths products and find their flavour combos to be well thought out. I often try and buy as part of the Yumble sale as the chocolate is discounted and most of the time theres no obvious reasons why. If i had to provide anything 'negative' id say that on the bars that are filled with something soft, the first layer of chocolate in the mould (which ends up being the top of the bar) could do with being a bit thicker as they never break well and end up being messy. Still a 10/10 product for me, even if i get it everywhere! Great job Steffi & the team

Been waiting a year to actually manage to order something from this company as always sold out!
Anyway placed my first order, (and the last!), on the 8th March for the box of 10 mini taster bars which costs £42!
I had to pre-order for the 22nd April, which I do find a bit excessive, and the price also pretty high, but it was going to be a birthday treat for myself and my husband.
Fast forward to today (7 weeks since placing the order), and I’m waiting with bated breath for my postie to deliver my long-awaited order….it was dutifully delivered this morning, and I am absolutely gobsmacked at what the hype is all about!
Think the box that the chocolate is packed in weighs more than the actual product!
10 tiny bars of chocolate (slightly longer than the size of a small box of matches)
2 bars extremely short dated- Black Forest one expires on the 30th April and the creme brûlée one expires on the 11th May!
Not acceptable charging £4.20 a bar that’s going to be out of date in less than a week, and another that has roughly 2 weeks on it!
And yes, I am very familiar with “best before “ and “use by” dates, but chocolate of that price needs to come with a longer date on it!
Tasted the pistachio cannoli one- not a fan… just tastes like every other Dubai themed chocolate bar.
And tasted the golden bar- just so sickly sweet and nothing special either.
I’m sorry about the negative review, but if I’m spending my money on expensive chocolate that’s supposed to be amazing, I expect it to be just that!….. and I am just so disappointed with it! 😢
