The lodge was lovely & clean with lots of lovely room . it would have been nice however if the lovely little woods had been fully enclosed & then my dogs wouldn't have been in danger of the road & running on to the park as i didn't appreciate being told off by one of your jobs worth characters.

Sorry that you feel you had a negative experience regarding the woods, as you can appreciate Devon and Cornwall boundaries are made up of naturally Hedge rows and Devon Banks.
As stated in the Lodge handbook Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times due to some customers who are not dog lovers who also want to enjoy the woods are not distressed in anyway by dogs left to run loose.

What a fantastic weekend away!
What a fantastic weekend away!
Friendly staff, well appointed lodge - with the added bonus of a hot tub.
The location is also exceptional, tucked away in the woods. However, just a 15 min drive and you’re in Bude, surrounded by beautiful coastline - with a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants!
I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Brilliant stay!
Great lodge, location and facilities- we stayed in a lodge with a hot tub and it was brilliant! Well Equipped and very modern. We had a fab stay with the girls and I didn’t realise this was right on our doorstep - will definitely recommend to visiting family and friends in the future and would also love to return with my own family as I was very impressed with everything. I booked the platinum lodge in Norfolk via Wowcher for a girly weekend away. I couldn't believe the standard of accommodation, it was stunning and beautifully offset by the location. It had everything we wanted and more! Will gladly return annually.

I stayed at the Norfolk Location and spend the weekend here with my friends for my birthday. I had a great time, lodges were spotless and very modern and had everything in it that you would need. I would definitely return!!

Stayed at Norfolk lodge park..for our Girls Trip its was amazing we stayed in the signature lodge , which has everything and so beautifully maintained. loved the hot tube it was so nice and hot.
Incredible beaches and parks ..
The Norfolk lodge staff were so friendly and so helpful from the reception staffs to the ground staffs

We stayed in the Norfolk site and it…was perfectly faultless!!!
We stayed in the Norfolk site and it was completely faultless! The only bad point was that we didn't stay longer and get chance to enjoy the swimming pool! There were 4 adults 3 dogs and it was perfect! Huge lodge and perfectly penned in for the dogs. Would defiantly recommend, staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect, even supplying us with a BBQ as we dropped on fabulous weather! All in all a perfect stay and would defiantly visit again .

This was our second stay in a dream…
This was our second stay in a dream lodge. This time we chose Woodlands near Hastings.
I was recovering from an operation and immediately felt comfortable and at home. The staff even left me a get well card and some chocolates. The hot tub was really amazing over looking a field with sheep and as it was spring we could see and hear the baby lambs too. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit at a dream lodge. Thank you again to everyone who works at the Woodlands.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised…
I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this holiday. The lodges are brand new and absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was just perfect. And the kids beds were built into the walls like little caves. They were so happy about that. Everything had been taken care of. I definitely like a five star luxury hotel so I was dubious about going there with my kids. But we all loved it. Staff were great too. Would definitely go back.
We stayed in the Norfolk Dream Lodge so can only vouch for that one.

Absolutely amazing two nights away. Proseco and chocolates on arrival. Beautifully decorated and enough room for 6, although it was just myself and my partner. Perfect few days away, would highly recommend.

Blossom Hill - Matt Cresswell
Firstly thank you to the staff the whole process was slick from dealing with James who answered my many questions and if he didn’t know the answers he found them out. Through to Sara who was on site to meet us when we arrived she was warm welcoming very enthusiastic! It was also a really nice touch for Nicki to contact me a few days after my stay just to ask if everything went smoothly.
As for Blossom Hill itself, what a beautiful area! And the lodges are so well kept, cleaned thoroughly throughout, modern decor just overall amazing experience it’s also Out of the way but not too secluded local shop nearby, 20 mins from sidmouth and some really cool things to do nearby for example there is a flightschool roughly 5 mins drive from the site where I flew a plane for an hour which was fantastic!
Important fact dogs are welcome!
To sum it all up I couldn’t fault it, I will definitely be going again and actually in conversation of booking this but taking some friends with us this time so thank you everyone for you assistance look forward to dealing with you all again.

Fabulous place, lovely friendly staff
We visited Norfolk Park on the last weekend in April 2018, for my husbands birthday. We were concerned as we had read some negative reviews on Tripadvisor, which I now think to be fake reviews by the competition!
The people and the park were fabulous. On Reception we were greeted warmly at check in and given our keys and information about the park.
We drove up to our lodge (a Signature lodge), at the back of the park, which overlooked beautiful countryside at the rear. The lodge was super clean and comfortable and we had a hot tub, which we used on the Saturday evening.
The lodge had everything we needed and was nicely decorated, with a nice modern style kitchen.
We did initially have a tiny problem but we just called Reception, who were lovely and within minutes someone was with us and it was sorted.
Really recommend this park for a lovely relaxing time.

Had a wonderful weekend stayed in the signature lodge. Was lovely and spotless, bigger than I expected. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was very clean, enjoyed that alot! Staff were friendly, they even put up banners and balloons in the lodge for my daughters birthday which was very thoughtful of them and very much appreciated.
Overall, it was a very fabulous weekend and i would happily recommend this to family and friends. Will definitely be returning!

Hilton Woods Superb,quiet and beautiful
We Have recently returned from a short break at Hillton woods. We stayed in a deluxe lodge. It was spacious, beautifully appointed and luxurious. The lodge was a 1 minute walk from a woodland walk which was so pretty and great for the dogs. The woods had a poo bin and it was perfectly clean. No piles of poo that had not been cleaned up. On the days We were there we never saw another sole whilst walking in those woods. The hot tub was cleaned daily. The grounds were manicured and the wildlife was encouraged. We saw rabbits, greater spotted woodpecker, nuthatch, and much much more. The staff were respectful and unobtrusive. We will definitely be back.

Boyfriend and I spent our weekend away in blossom hill lodge and my goodness WAS AMAZING! will definitely be going back and telling people about it.
Deborah (I think that's the lady's name) welcomed us with great smile and excellent customer services. she showed us round and explained everything... so big thank you to her...
The only issue I would like to point out is the emergency contact details... one guy is on there who wouldn't pick up the phone after 5pm which isn't suitable for out of hours calls... we had group of girls and guys staying next to us who ended getting into hitted arguments and fight but we had No ONE to call as noone was picking up...
