Dream Lodge Holidays 

All staff are very helpful, whether booking online or when you take charge of your lodge. All lodges are very well looked after and very clean.

Lodges were great, but the site was nowhere near ready & no facilities nearby!

It was a lovely lodge with nice surroundings and good location for travelling.

Best UK holiday we have had as a family beautiful lodges, clean and quiet park. Will definitely go with them again

Devon park

Staff - very helpful and friendly
Lodge - stayed at signature lodge, no autograph lodge in Devon park, nice decor but poor fittings, lodges are next to each other no privacy.
location - middle of no where, not a nice countryside view either. bad location.
price - paid over £700 for 4 nights after discounts, not too bad but perhaps would be cheaper if we were booking the hotel room.

This was the worst experience of my life. Due to the unhygenic condition of our lodge and the untrue deal from the rep. I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to booking my anniversary wkend and Xmas break for our famity. .but have been well put off and will be making a public review including pictures of the state of our suppose to be luxury lodge.

Parts of the service and the lodge itself were average when compared to how it is sold. The website sells the luxurious holiday yet the experience lacks the finer details. E.g. the lodge didn't have mirrors above dressing tables or cabinets in bathrooms to store toiletries. The free luxurious toiletries were bars of soap and pillow spray. In a standard style of accommodation you get shower gels and shampoo. The situation of the lodge and the park itself needed some work. You're very overlooked and the park lacks decor or landscaping. The welcome is a bit aggressive and a lot of attention on filling in forms and giving credit card information in case of damages and little else. Although the lodge was lovely, the experience and luxury feel of what was described was lacking for the price of the holiday.

We have stayed at Dream Lodges twice and on 2 different parks. The lodges are beautiful, well equipped and relaxing. The locations are just brilliant with loads to do , or nothing to do - you choose! The staff could not do more to help and make you feel welcome. I would thoroughly recommend Dream Lodge holidays

Brilliant lodge, excellent customer service.

Lodges were placed too close together so close that we could hear other people's conversations etc their website is very misleading as it shows pictures of privately owned lodges on site not the actual ones you stay in and pay for.
Our lodge was not very clean and there was a few other issues we will not be staying again.

The place we stayed in did not correspond to what was advertised. It was a static a nice caravan very close to others on a caravan park- but not luxurious. You could hear the people very clearly on the caravans next door - there was very little space outside not child friendly with big signs and rules against children doing anything outside - understandable as there wasn't any room for children to play outside (not the country park expected). We were supposed to receive a luxury hamper worth £40 - we received some basic food stuffs from waitrose worth about £15. We have complained - but I do not think our complaint was taken seriously we were offered 40% off our next stay - the point is it was not the sort of place we would have ever stayed in the first place especially at the price (very overpriced and totally mis sold)

Could not fault it - beautiful accommodation - friendly staff to greet
On arrival. Only thing I would say is the pool could have stayed open for longer 6 pm closed..... however friendly lad supervising the pool extended the time of closure to 7 pm due to glorious weather.

Lovely setting and spacious, well-equipped Lodge. Perfect location for a weekend catch-up.

I have sent numerous emails to the management and have recieved nothing back.
We stayed in one of the luxury lodges at the Norfolk park. The carpet was absolutely filthy. We did report this but no one bothered to come and take a look. We took my daughters baby who was crawling around on the carpet and it just wasn't acceptable at all. I sent many pictures to the managers email and I expected a reply. We also turned up to a wet travel cot that had obviously been sat out in the rain!

Fantastic lodge ..... cannot recommend Dream Lodge enough. I've visited for the last two years and looking forward to a 3rd

We had a great time at the delux lodge with hot tub, kids loved it and it was quite quiet which was also nice.

We have just returned from our third holiday at Woodlands Park and while we were there we were given a voucher which stated we would receive 40% off another holiday if we rebooked within 48 hours of arriving home. We rang to rebook 24 hours later only to be told that our holiday had infact doubled in price for next year and with 40% off it was even more expensive than what we had just paid! I am so upset and disappointed as I have loved all three of my holidays with Dream Lodge but won't rebook out of principal because they are blatantly ripping off their loyal customers! I'd rather they be honest and say there's no discount than be conned! Also we have been rang by four different people asking if we want to rebook and each time given a different price! Shocking service and I'm sorry to say I feel it's a scam.

I've stayed with Dream lodge twice and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed it.
Staff were most helpful So wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
