Transferring existing SIM to another iPhone
I visited the 3 store late in the afternoon seeking advice about transferring my account to a newer iPhone given to me. Lauren was very attentive, helpful and friendly. She produced a new SIM card so that I could use my newly acquired phone and set it up successfully so it was ready to use. She also updated and renewed two SIM contracts which I held, but had expired. A very pleasant experience, considering I have an extremely limited knowledge about current technology. Lauren was efficient, knowledgeable and resolved my queries quickly and I feel confident that she would help in the future should (when) I need it. Thank you.

Very efficient
Very efficient. I am 97 years old and Kacey and Kelly were amazing. My son told me to ring up but I came in to do face to face, I definitely made the right decision
