WHILST THE DAY I OPENED THE ACCOUNT FOR MY TELEPHONE ACCOUNT TO BE SWITCHED FROM O2 TO THREE SEEMED TO GO OK.IT WAS NOT.I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 1 DAY.INSTEAD IT TOOK 5 DAYS & 2 VISITS TO THE 3 STORE !
