Izzie helped me get a new phone she asked me lots of questions and showed me some options, she was fabulous and very thorough. She set my new phone up for me and helped me transfer my data , she was warm and welcoming and happy throughout. Highly recommend

popped into store to see dean but couldn't buy anything because i didnt have my ID. i'm revisiting the store tomorrow to buy but in the mean time he made sure my phone was fully backed up and even cleaned it up for me! thanks i'll be back tomorrow!

my experience was great in store they worked really hard and found soo many deals!! but i am giving up my samsung and going for shiny new google pixel. i am trading in my old phone and saying goodbye to my samsung but the staff made sure all my data was secure. thank u dean for that

The girls were amazing…

Highly recommend lancaster store
Really good experience in store dealt with jodie she was fab! I upgraded my sim and bought the phone outright she transferred everything over and helped me get into all my apps,I even got a great deal on a new tablet which again was set up! She couldn't of done anymore if she tried! Amazing
