I couldn't get the phone i wanted on the day I wanted it as I didn't realise I needed ID to do it. Visited the following day and had a great experience with dean and jodie! And now I am writing this from my new phone.

I went into lancaster shop because ut stopped charging properly and it was time for a new phone. I was greeted my the manager jodie she was super helpful and friendly she took me through the whole process to getme a new phone and the best deal. My daughter is due an upgrade soon i will definitely be back.

Upgraded phone instore jodie and dean assisted me and helped me get set up with my new one. Very helpful people.

Dean was friendly and a very pleasent young man. Nothing was too much service.

Had already spoken to an advisor last week and came today to get it all sorted out. Saw Dean who did me an even better deal and set it all up for me, making both my devices sync-up together. Thanks

Me and my partner both needed upgrades, we went into EE first and had a negative experience so went next door to Three. Right away the guys did a great job of sussing out what we needed, found us both new devices with the roaming we wanted. Absolute experts, 5 stars.

Popped into store for a quick an easy one, wanted the cheapest of everything as I'm not a heavy user. Only needed calls and texts. Advisor helped me sort out a tablet for myself too! He set it up for me too which was great ..

My phone wasn't working and had to visit the shop multiple times, trying multiple different things to work out the cause. In the end advisor helped me sort out a new device and explained it all to me in a way that me and my partner could understand. Can't wait to try this new one out and finally have a working phone.

NoWent to Lancaster store to look at new phones, was served my a lovely lady called Jodie the manager ,she talked me through my options and we found a new phone she helped me get set up. Great to deal with.

I had an email about my upgrade and chose to visit the store to speak to someone face to face, They kindly helped me sort a new phone out and helped an old man get his stuff across,great work

Popped in to enquire anas was brilliant told me about a trade in deal which meant I could upgrade early and pay off my old phone I got more data and a new phone and I can claim a free watch! He sorted it all out and transferred all my data!

Weve bern with 3 for a number of years now and dean usually sorts us out ,he was on a day off but jodie was fantastic,she sorted our phones out and 2 new tablets for the same cost as we was paying. We visited again to transfer our data abd jodie was on hand again to help us! Really pleased and akways receive amazing service from the staff at your lancaster branch.
