Soon as I walked in the door Raf greeted me with a smile and a wave. (Good first impression).
Her deminor was calm, patient genuinely friendly easy to talk with and professional, as she explained what the issue was with my phone in layman's terms, listened, answered my questions without interrupting so the issue was sorted out.
She checked and resorted my contract out for me too.
So, professional, knowledgeable and good personal customer skills not scripted like many people in shops resort to.
She definitely needs recognition.
Thank you Raf.
However 3 didn't let me know about my contract needed sorting as I was paying more than I initially had been, so not too thrilled about that. But Raf sorted it out.

Really great experience with Rafeeah at the Three Store on Fargate in Sheffield. She listened to exactly what I needed and found me an option that was comfortably within my budget, without any hard sell at all. Abdirahim was extremely help and made preordering and upgrading my existing contract extremely straight forwards, and was also patient when I needed to look up some information to continue with processing my contract. He offered sound advice but also didn't try to upsell me aggressively when I made my wants clear, whilst also being friendly and engaging to ask about my work and interests while things were processing. Very friendly experience and made the trip in store well worth it Vs handling it online
