Abdirahim was extremely help and made preordering and upgrading my existing contract extremely straight forwards, and was also patient when I needed to look up some information to continue with processing my contract. He offered sound advice but also didn't try to upsell me aggressively when I made my wants clear, whilst also being friendly and engaging to ask about my work and interests while things were processing. Very friendly experience and made the trip in store well worth it Vs handling it online

Purchased a device over phone but needed help with setting up. I was advised to go to local store, Tony at the Fargate store was amazing and got all my data transferred and all logged back in.

I had an excellent experience at Three thanks to the outstanding service I received from Akaash at the Fargate branch. Akaash was incredibly patient, understanding, and sympathetic throughout the whole process. They took the time to listen to my concerns and previous bad experience with another branch and the live chat service, then helped me return my iPhone without any stress, and guided me through upgrading to a new phone and plan that perfectly suits all my needs.

Nothing felt rushed, and they explained everything clearly, making what I thought would be another stressful experience completely straightforward. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference.

Both Rafeeah and Tony was amazing. I was greeted straightaway and they both helped me with a BIG issue I had with my phone which had tons of malware on it. both Rafeeah and Tony spent ten minutes clearing all the malware and now my phone is all back up and running. Massive Thank you to both for their service.

Akaash was fantastic, gave me a great deal on my home broadband and sim card for my phone. His customer service is second to none and he is the reason I have moved to Three. A great assert to the company!

Was having issue with my old device which Tony managed to fix but i still decided to upgrade to a new shiny phone and he got me all setup on new device with everything transferred and logged in, Tony's customer Service was out of this world and i would definately recommend to everyone i know that is looking for a new phone.

My mother and I went in for a Samsung phone but was overwhelmed by the prices. However Abdirahim helped us both get two new phones on contract with an even better phone model.
