I had lost my phone, Xazal helped me out with my sim card setting new device and showed me everything I needed to know. She was patient with me as im elderly and supported me with everything.

Ceysun was amazing! I am quite clueless when it comes to technology but he made it such an easy experience. He let me ask all the questions I needed to and was super patient with me. Him and Jamal were really friendly and made me feel very welcomed into the store, I would highly recommend:)

Jamal was very helpful today with my issue I was facing for sometime. He managed to get this sorted out for me thank you so much. Very knowledgeable and polite great advisor.

Not only did she do the top up but gave me valuable advice.
She also helped me get my Utube back to English. Don't know how it got set onto Spanish.

We went to the store today to add an extra number to our existing contract and change the contract a little bit. We dealt with Jamal.
He was very knowledgeable very helpful. I was impressed with the overall service so much so that I’ll be going back to see Jamal to talk to him about some of my business phones which are currently with another supplier. If Jamal is not a store manager yet he should be ! You need to promote people like this or you’ll lose them.

Came to store for support with my device setup and some information and jamal the customer advisor was very helpful and polite. Thank you would definitely recommend Wimbledon store.

As a Three customer I visited the Wimbledon store yesterday because I had been unable to log into a banking app on my iPhone. Ceysun was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes, something which no-one else had managed to do. I was very impressed at the level of customer service and Ceysun’s tenacious approach in dealing with the problem. 10/10.
