My husband and I visited the Winchester store today and were greeted by the Connor, the Assistant Manager. He was so helpful and consistently projected a ‘can do’ attitude throughout the whole of our visit. He sorted out the issue with my mobile quickly and efficiently. He then helped us to understand an issue that that had occurred with our existing broadband provider. We are now testing our local signal, reviewing our existing contract and expect to return to the Winchester Three shop for all our future requirements.
I personally, have had a Three contract for many years and they have always helped me, speedily, efficiently and have not tried to confuse me with jargon. The Assistant Manager’s assistance today has reinforced our confidence in all that Three can offer. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the professional, helpful and very patient attitude of the staff. Connor was the gentleman I saw and he went out of his way to help me with all aspects of the phone and contract etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The Assistant Manager was welcoming, friendly and helpful. He solved my problem quickly.
He also shared with me my phone use and roaming facilities and suggested alternative plan(s) with no pressure to make an immediate decision. It was a successful visit.

Conner and George at the Winchester branch were very helpful in understanding which devices meet my needs best, as well as taking the time to breakdown costs. They were calm and compassionate to me, which is hugely appreciated as a person with a disability.
