Relaxing
The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. Customer service was warm and welcoming. Peaceful and relaxing for weekend away or a even just for night. Spa facilities are amazing. Would recommend the treatments. Overall 10/10.

Hidden gem
Really lovely boutique hotel and spa, 10 mins taxi ride from lime street station. Recommend if travelling to Liverpool, and don't be put off by location.
Massive bedrooms! Only marked down by 1 star as bedroom was slightly chilly (think due to the huge size that it is!) and bedroom lighting was slightly too dark, other than that great place in an up and coming area
