I like this site and use it a lot. My most recent order of bare root ferns has not sent up any shoots yet after several weeks. I think I ordered too late into the summer. I will keep an eye out to... See more

Well, it did take several weeks for my order to arrive, they were in touch with me the entire time, explaining to me why there was a time delay. I had ordered a two for one deal. When it arrived, they were four! One of them didn’t make it, but the rest are doing very well and thriving! I am keeping them inside of my lanai in Florida so that I may have clean milkweed to feed to my wee cats.

The plants arrived in poor condition, it was just a twig. I soaked the bareroots for 24 hours and then planted them. They never took, it died.

3 OF THE 4 TRUMPET VINE PLANTS SURVIVED, WE LOST ONE OF THEM.

While originally delayed at the USPS service center, TN Nursery was gracious enough to re-send my order of lilies of the valley and water lily roots. I won't probably know until next year how successful my plantings are, but I appreciate the professionalism I received in reply to my less-than-polite reaction to the original delay. 😀

We got them and got them planted. Only one lived. Very disappointed.

Most of the bare root plants are growing. It took a long time to recieve them tho. I'm waiting til fall with cooler weather to transplant them outside.

Experience -Terrible!
Two paw paw trees arrived way late… dry root and went according to their instructions, never a bud. Actually these were dead on arrival but since I waited for more than 24 hours I do not have any recourse.
The best they would do is a whopping 10% discount.
Never again with TN Nursery.

I received my order, but only 1 out of 12 survived. Very disappointed!

out of the 6 plants received...only 1 has survived so far

the fuyu persimmons never grew, no leaves. Pawpaw is growing nicely. So only half my order seems to be alive. Shipping took forever also. I doubt I would place another order. The communication was fair to poor. and when I requested an update, it felt pretty condescending.

was able to talk to someone which is important. Thanks

First it was the updated communication and the order came through. Nothing left in the dark about my order.

Very late delivery, small unhealthy perrinials, which as of July show no signs of plant life. I was just ripped off, just going to take it as a loss.

After long wait I received order and sticks planted immediately. Now almost about a month one stick survived and started growing but other got dried and died 😭

The email notices were timely. TN nursery informed me what to expect from my delivery. I am certainly looking forward to next season for my blossoms to bloom!

Great customer service, prompt response, good quality plants

For some reason the only plant that survived was one! I ordered two and you sent three but two of them were dead they're still in the ground trying to grow them but no leaves just one plant got leaves

I ordered 4 Kousa Dogwoods and 2 Red Hybiscus and none of them are producing any signs of life. The look just like the way I received them. Not a good experience.
