Helpful friendly staff and knowledgeable

Terrible customer service. Holiday did not meet expectations and the after service is worse. Spoke to 2 different people and they just read from a script. Once that have your money they don’t care about your experience or value for money. Won’t be using them again

Was sent a hundred pound voucher and read it correctly and it was fir use with my purchase ,but it would not except it .I even phoned customer service who were no help ,so I lost out .Iam a very good customer and was not pleased

Having just returned for our summer holiday to Kos we was looking to book another holiday straight away so was looking and found the resort we were looking for

Trip to Fuengerola at the Globales Gardenia hotel, what a fantastic holiday from start to finish all the travel and organisation of the Holiday went to plan, the hotel was excellent as were the TUI reps , we had a fantastic time and would recommend TUI and the hotel

A fantastic holiday in turkey, the hotel TUI Blue Tropical was amazing. The staff could not do enough for everybody the chefs and the service staff work incredibly hard there. The Food offering is amazing so much to choose from the display of the food was fantastic. I love the kids corner there my son did like that too although he did like the adult buffet too, especially the desserts. the Lady making the pancakes throughout the day tasted amazing could not get enough defiantly my sons fav, the cleanness of the hotel and the housekeepers are such a fantastic job and the little treats throughout the time of making swans and hearts little things like that just made it feel a little bit special, but yes, everyone was so friendly fantastic hotel would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

The Hereford branch are always so friendly and helpful. I always book my holiday with them. TUI take the pressure out of travelling as everything is taken care of.

Excellent customer service at my highstreet branch. Very helpful staff and I didn't feel hurried or up-sold in any way. I made 2 long appointments and both went well. The emails were clear and helpful. The holiday itself, ran smoothly and to plan. The app was useful and easy to use.

We went into a store for some advice, there was no sales push we went away to think about it, went back in an hour and booked

Being charged for Alcohol free beer at an all inclusive resort is an outdated process and needs an urgent review. The hotel itself was excellent but let down by this outdated policy. I had to argue that this was not how All inclusive should be done and is not a problem at other all inclusive resorts have visited. I was eventually given complimentary alcohol free beers but had to constantly remind bar staff of this every time I ordered one. I was also told that the room mini bar would be stocked with alcohol free beer but this only happened on the 2nd and 3rd day of my holiday! I could have challenged this but by then had lost faith in getting a positive response. An outdated policy which really did bring down what should have been a very positive experience!!!
