Dealing with someone who could explain things in simple layman's terms and having the knowledge to back up everything he explained.Well mannered and easy to talk to,a delight to deal with.

I was contacted by Arjun to discuss my healthcare options after enquiring changing private healthcare providers. He was very good at explaining things. Credit to him because I took ages to cancel with my provider out of pure laziness and he was persistent until I did and now I am on with a new provider saving nearly £25 / month for the same service so thanks Arjun. Also some guy called Sam called me once and was pretty good at encouraging me to actually cancel with my current providers.

Options clearly explained. The private health service that was recommended was a service that I had used previously with a employment policy and a service that I was happy with.

I have had private medical cover for around 40 years through my employers. I expected the cost of personal cover would be unaffordable but contacted Usay to understand options and cost. The agent (Joshua Fletcher) patiently and professionally took my details and proposed a number of cover options.
