Excellent service by Bradley Millard, making all things easy and understandable. I had tried many times to look for health insurance policies elsewhere and was always met with confusing information or policies that I didn't think suited. Bradley was efficient and supportive, finding a policy that suited my whole family's needs in a very short space of time. Bradley was also not at all pushy or demanding - something that I have come across so many times on my search for a policy. I also feel supported after the policy sale, knowing I can call or ask questions whenever I need to. I highly praise and recommend.

My Guide was very informative, helpful, thorough and polite. When I needed more information he patiently and carefully explained in greater depth my queries. There was no sense of being coerced, quite the opposite. I've had dealings with health insurance companies before and also with my new provider, BUPA and I now feel reassured about being looked after in a professional manner. Easy set up
The guy who set it up for me, Bondi was very helpful and informative. He explained the policy clearly and kept the bullet points simple. I felt that he chose the best policy for me, as he listened to what I had to say before proceeding.
