Transaction was very nice and smooth. Kept me updated through every process through emails and when I came into the actual building the staff were very friendly. Simon who dealt with the actual transaction of the car was a very nice chap and easy to deal with. Only downfall to it was the car wasn’t cleaned inside, however it cleaned from the outside.
Nice one

The team made everything straightforward and easy to understand. They were relaxed and friendly, which made the whole process comfortable. From the first step to driving away with my new car, I felt looked after. The steps were clear and simple, which helped everything go smoothly.
I left with a new car without any stress.

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful without being pushy, and no pressure felt either on the phone or in person.
James who I dealt with on the phone and Conor who I dealt with on the day were both very good, as was Rampand (sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong) in the administration area (what a professional young man, at 16 years old!).
Very pleased with the car, perfect condition, exactly as described in the advert.
Simple process from start to finish.

Over all pleasant service and very affordable prices. The only hiccup was that we where told that keys are low battery but promised by the seller that they just put brand new ones in and when get home keys died completely and car would not close. We wasted an hour figuring out what the issues was and did not think to check keys as we where told batteries where replaced however when I decided to try replacing battery issue resolved itself. Next day I kept trying to call aftershaves just to discuss the issue as it wasn't great to feel being lied to but no one was available after 45 min wait. Car does drive perfectly now.

I was a bit unsure at first, but the staff were friendly and professional, which made things much easier. Mo was particularly helpful, always clear and approachable in explaining everything. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was easy to talk to about any concerns I had. This gave me confidence in moving forward with the purchase of my car. It all worked out well in the end.

Visited V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton to look at a car. The staff were approachable and easy to talk to, which made the experience comfortable. Jess was lovely throughout. They were friendly and professional, with no pushy sales tactics. Although we didn’t end up purchasing the car, we felt well looked after during our visit.

🇬🇧 Once Upon a Time… I Thought I Was Buying a Car
Once upon a time, I bought a three-year-old car, registration FG22 SSZ, from V12 Sports & Classics on finance.
I thought I was buying a car.
Apparently, I was buying an adventure.
On 9 February 2026, the first problem appeared and the car was taken away for repair. First came the PCV fault. That was repaired, but then another problem appeared. More investigations, more parts, more repairs… and, of course, more promises.
“We’ll sort it.”
“We’ll get back to you.”
“The warranty company will deal with it.”
At this point, the word “we’ll” had probably been used more often than some of the car’s actual parts.
After the second repair, I finally decided that enough was enough. On 2 April 2026, I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle.
And that was when my simple car purchase became a full-time administrative career.
Finance company? Check.
Warranty company? Check.
DVLA? Check.
Independent complaint process? Check.
Emails? Hundreds, it felt like.
Documents? Plenty.
Evidence? More than enough.
At one point, I genuinely wondered whether V12 had secretly employed me as their Customer Service Manager, Complaints Manager and Project Manager, because after so many emails and repair reports, I knew the history of the car so well that I was starting to spot problems and inconsistencies myself.
Seven months later, I could probably have opened my own department.
The car was also moved from the repair garage without me being told beforehand. I only discovered this through the vehicle tracker.
At least the tracker kept me informed.
It was probably the best communicator in the whole story.
And then we have my personal belongings.
Some items that were left in the vehicle have still not been returned. I have information and evidence regarding their whereabouts, and I have repeatedly asked for them back. They are my belongings, I bought them, and I have proof of purchase.
Then there is the communication.
When I did receive a reply to my emails, it often didn’t actually answer the question I had asked.
I asked Question A.
I received an answer to Question B.
So I asked Question A again.
I received an answer to Question C.
At this point, I started wondering whether I was communicating with V12 or taking part in a quiz where the only rule was that nobody could answer the question.
More than seven months later, the story is still not finished.
And the funniest part?
I still have the V5C in my possession, and I also still have the spare key for the vehicle.
I am still sending emails to V12, but I am currently not receiving responses.
So if you happen to be considering FG22 SSZ, or simply want to know what my experience has been like, feel free to get in touch.
I can’t promise a happy ending yet.
But I can promise there has been plenty of paperwork, plenty of waiting and enough plot twists to fill an entire series.
To be continued…

Very pleasant customer focused experience when buying car for my wife yesterday.
Simon, Leah and Mia whom we dealt excelled they were all friendly, polite, professional and smartly attired.
A number of other staff who we did not deal with also acknowledged our presence with a smile or hello.
Simon also went to collect another vehicle from a nearby site to look at as we were intial unsure there was no trouble doing this.
All in all a positive buying experience.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. From the moment I found the car to the day I collected it, the whole process was smooth, straightforward and completely stress-free.
The car itself has been fantastic. I absolutely love it and, even after bringing it home, I still get excited every time I see it! 😂 It drives beautifully and has turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.
I'd also like to say a big thank you to the team at V12 Sports And Classics for making the whole experience so easy. Everything was handled professionally and I felt confident throughout the process.
I'm genuinely delighted with the car and very happy that I chose V12. ❤️
I would definitely recommend V12 Sports And Classics to anyone looking for a great car and a smooth buying experience.
Thank you, V12 — I absolutely love my car! 🚗❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The sales experience itself was excellent, but unfortunately, the promises and commitments made to me during the purchase were not fulfilled.
I am extremely disappointed and feel that I cannot trust the word of the salesperson. When you are spending over £20,000 on a car, you expect the promises made as part of the sale to be honoured.
I was specifically promised that the EV would be charged to 50% so that we could drive it home. However, when we collected the car, this had not been done, and I was told that it could not be done. This was particularly disappointing because it was something that had been clearly agreed beforehand.
Furthermore, I was promised car mats and a car jack, but neither was provided.
Overall, although the sales process was excellent, the failure to deliver on these basic promises has left me very disappointed. It gives the impression that once the sale was completed, the commitments made beforehand were no longer considered important.
For a customer spending over £20,000, I believe this is unacceptable. A dealership should stand by what its representatives promise, and I would expect these issues to be addressed appropriately.
