Dipesh was very knowledgeable and made the process straightforward. He explained everything clearly and didn’t push me to make a decision, which I really appreciated. It all felt very organised, and there weren’t any hiccups along the way. The best part was being able to drive the car home the same day, which was really convenient. I’ll be using their services again in future.

Bought a car last October from the Wolverhampton branch and gave them a good review. I have in recent months changed my opinion but for some reason can't change my review. So here is a new one.
Car was great initially even though the rep was more interested in selling the warranty and paint work protection . Cars are at the top end of market value , well presented until you look closer. They all have an AA check which is a basic one. I had a short test drive and then the sell started. I bought the warranty but not the paint protection, which they then threw in for free ( because they jumped the gun and did it before I had said yes ). Now the issue. Car developed a major steering issue out side of the 3 month warranty so no problem let's use the expensive warranties 2000 warranty I was sold ....gold cover no less.....
Not worth the paper it's printed on. More loop holes than my granny's knitting and they insist you use there chosen garages for the inspection to verify the issue. Where they will then say it isn't covered.
If you do decide to buy a car from V12 just be mindful and don't buy the addons as they are a scam . I did approach V12 about there extended warranty they sold and they said it's nothing to do with them take it up with warranties 2000 . Utter tosh .

I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from V12 Sports and Classics Hinckley. The process started with an easy online enquiry, which was handled quickly. I had a lot of questions about the car during the test drive, and these were answered clearly and helpfully. I had a couple of small issues with small chip on windscreen But was given some money off the sale price to get it repaired. And the car wasnt charged at pick up but again the cost to charge was refunded. The whole experience felt straightforward, and their responsiveness made things move along smoothly.

Absolutely terrible experience with V12. I dealt with Cameron on 25/08 and was repeatedly told I was approved for finance. I even asked if I was 100% leaving with the car that day before paying £417 for insurance — I was told yes.
I stayed until closing, then returned at 10:30am the next morning, only to be told at midday that I wasn’t actually approved and needed to find an external lender.
A complete waste of my time, and I’m now £417 out of pocket because of the information I was given.
I understand finance can be declined, but the communication and customer service were absolutely shocking. Would not recommend.

I was told the car had good service history and will be serviced by the sales representative, however the car only has 1 history and the v12 sports and classic refuse to help me out. I have lost all trust in them. Contacting them is also pointless

The staff at V12 Sports and Classic Vehicles were polite and knowledgable about their cars and after sales care. They explained various stages of the process in a way I understood.

Dont shop here if you think you will get any help with there after sales.. they are useless.
Bought a car wrong tyres fitted and they are refusing to say they are wrong even though there AA report shows the wrong tyres. And I got a garage letter saying it but they are in denial. All there responses aint a real person!

We were told over the phone that the finance had been approved and so I went in and waited for 4 hours. They told me I would have the car that day so was willing to wait. They then said that the funds were just waiting to reach the account, so was told to come in first thing the following morning to collect the car.Arrived 10am was told upon entering that I was declined then spoke to someone else who said approved and to wait for handover of the keys etc.
After spending two days dealing with this, we then found out the finance had apparently been declined after waiting a further 2 hours!!!
The communication has been absolutely shocking. Different information has been given at different stages, and we have been left wasting time and being passed around trying to get a straight answer. Went on test drives and everything literally dangled the car infront of my face.
If the finance had not actually been fully approved, we should never have been told that it was and that the car would be ready to collect. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Would not recommend based on this experience. The way this has been handled has been completely unacceptable.
Waiting for managers response to this as needs to be rectified.

Daniel made the process of getting my Tesla Model 3 straightforward. Everything was simple, and the steps were easy to follow. Dean was great with helping me complete all the admin procedures.

I'm leaving this review because I had an issue with a car I bought from them, and you only really get to know what a company is like when things go wrong and you see how they handle it.
We bought a high-mileage Polestar 2. Unfortunately, one week after purchase (we didn't opt for any additional warranty), the car's heating system failed. Aftersales is handled by a third-party warranty company that was quite difficult to get in touch with and slow to respond. They sent me to a garage in Leeds for a diagnosis and told me not to pay them, but the garage demanded I pay the diagnostic fee (£115). I couldn't get through to the warranty company to resolve it on the spot, so I ended up paying.
It then took a few weeks from the initial diagnosis to getting the car repaired. The car was fully repaired, and I had some additional work done at the same time (12V battery changed and reduction gearbox oil changed). On the positive side, the repair was completed at their cost, and the diagnostic refund was applied toward the extra work I requested.
This would be a 5-star review if not for the wait and the difficulty in getting an answer regarding repair approval. However, the garage did right by the law and fulfilled their obligations.
Would I buy a car from them again? Yes. The new car was well-priced (though the trade-in allowance for our old car was a bit undervalued in my opinion), and the salesman wasn't pushy. The experience could have been better, but it's a second-hand car dealer—what do you expect!

I advise anyone don’t get a car from v12 Hinckley, firstly I got a bmw 420i on finance, I had the car a couple days and the engine light came on I contacted them directly they said get booked in to a garage I did they changed solenoids and did a oil change which they payed for but problem came back engine light on again they took it to a specialist which they said will cost about 6000 to fix as needs a whole new engine rebuild was either a camshaft and timing issue causing it, they then rufused to pay and swapped my car for a different one, so went up there I picked a Mercedes this time and after 1 day of having it engine light came on, next day I took it straight back and handed the keys to the manager and said I’m rejecting this one as well I don’t get how 2 cars I’ve had both had engine management light on within days of having them, so both going through rejection and having to wait for them to refund the money back to northridge I’ve been waiting like 3 weeks for them to pay the money back but still haven’t Evan sent the money to them I’m constantly emailing and ringing to find out what’s going on, if I cancel the direct debits I’ll get bad credit, I’m sure by law they have to pay the money back within 14days of rejection and it’s been 3 weeks, these past few months have been nothing but stress and money down the drain I advise people not to trust v12 they tried to scam me I would give 0 stars but won’t let me, at this point training standards need to be involved they say all vehicles are checked under AA yet eml light comes on within a day come on

Visited this store last week and although I didn’t buy a car I must say the service was absolutely amazing, i couldn’t have been treated any better by the team, I was offered a drink, told all about the car I was interested in and there was no pressure at all! I will definitely be coming back here. Incredible service

Unfortunately due to issues that came to light after purchasing my car from V12 Sports And Classics, I can only award one star, mainly for aftersales care. Overall very disappointing.
In reply to your standard answer, you need to be more joined up as a company and communicate with your other departments, especially the after sales, who I'm afraid put maximum profit before customer satisfaction.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, mainly due to the poor aftersales service.
During the purchase process, nothing seemed too much trouble. I raised a couple of issues with the vehicle and was assured they would be resolved without any problem. Based on those assurances, I went ahead with the purchase.
A few days later, after having to chase for an update myself, I received a call regarding the agreed repairs. I was offered a single appointment date which I could not attend because I was working away at the time. I asked whether there were any alternative dates available and was very flexible in trying to find a solution that would work for everyone. Unfortunately, I was effectively given a "take it or leave it" option, with no willingness to accommodate an alternative appointment.
What frustrated me most was that the salesperson, the same person who had initially assured me that the issues would be sorted without any difficulty, seemed unwilling to help and took a dismissive approach when I requested alternative arrangements. It got to the point where I had to email the company and remind them of their legal obligations before an alternative appointment was finally offered.
When the appointment eventually arrived, it had been double-booked, leaving me waiting around while staff tried to work out why I was there. The issues were ultimately dealt with, but the process involved an unnecessary amount of hassle and poor communication.
While i am happy with the vehicle, the aftersales service fell well below expectations and left me with a disappointing overall impression of the dealership.

Dan took the time to explain everything about the car and guided me through the process thoroughly. Parvinder was helpful in handling my exchange car. I left with my queries fully addressed.
