Excellent service and good communication from Vish & Dean. Very pleased with the car and the sales. Loved the fact that they talk you through the whole history and the optional extras.

Please avoid at all costs
Brilliant at selling faulty calls
Bought the car with defects on the whole vehicle .
Once I contacted them it was a different team and the after sales team had a different tone from the start of conversation. They were on the defensive and deny all claims of their fault . They are rude and extremely disrespectful. Especially Michal eddolls.
Would avoid at all costs

Drove the car home and a door trim fell off, was asked to supply a quote to have it repaired. This was supplied within a few days but I've not had a response after 2 weeks.

I went here with a specific car in mind to test drive and then purchase outright no mess no fuss. Oh no, in-between arriving at 10.15am and leaving at 14.15pm we were Subject to some of the worst and most forceful sales tactics iv ever experienced. The salesman would not take no for an answer when trying to practically force us to buy one of their extended warranties or there bodywork Polish or a tracker system. The only reason I didn't walk out is because I wasn't going to go through that hell again at another car dealer. So ultimately I caved inorder to get the hell out of there but now we now had to wait another hour for what they call a valet. Oh my ! Well if i could put enough pictures on here to show you a v12 valet, what an absolute lie, there is no way on earth this car was valeted. All in all a horrific experience never will I return to a v12 dealership. If your paying by finance or want the extended warranties then this is the place, if not then stay away......v12 no means no

Very pleasant and professional customer service. Richard, who assisted us, was very friendly; he was knowledgeable and articulate. The car was ready for a test drive. The vehicle was flawless and exactly as we had expected. A very pleasant, family-like customer service experience.

I brought a Hyundai tuscon 72 plate in November 2025 from v12 Hinckley I specifically asked about things that would be covered by the gold warranty that they advise me to buy as I was spending a lot of money on the car and wanted to make sure if there was any issues that they would be covered they never told me there would be a limit on the amount the warranty company would pay out for any repairs if they were needed from the moment I got home with car there was times when the car didn’t seem to pull away smoothly but I didn’t realise it was a problem as I just thought it was because I was getting used to driving an automatic hybrid as I only ever driven manual cars before I have had the car for 9 months and paid £20,000 for it I contacted the warranty company about what car had been doing and they arranged for car to be looked at which the only garage tht dealt with warranty and automatic hybrid clutch / gearbox was miles away from where I live they collected car in July and I have been without a car for a month I rang v12 Hinckley after sales to speak to them as the warranty company either dnt reply to emails or answer phone to say to them about problem only to be told by lady on the phone that basically it wasn’t their problem when you spend that sort of money on a car and specifically ask questions about warranty etc and told don’t worry it all covered you dnt expect to them be told that the warranty only covers so much and you now got to go find thousands to get your car fixed and basically the place you brought from just wanted your money and dnt give 2 monkeys about the after sales care for their customers

Paid a deposit of £99 to reserve car at Worksop
Arranged to view and collect car 2 days later on arrival we viewed & test drove car very good
Went into the showroom to complete purchase then salesman tried to sell a package of over 1500 on top of advertised price which we did not want , he & salesmanager didn’t like but came back with another 179 they wanted us to pay ! For a 3 months warranty which you get by law , so I informed salesman & salesman manager that we will pay the advertised price or leave with our 99 deposit & not purchase
Then salesmanger said she would do a special offer for that day & sell us the car for the ADVERTISED price
How generous . After being told the car had been inspected by AA i later found the rear tyre to be cracked (since replaced at my own cost ) and told that it had an mot & was legal even though it was advised on previous MOT , which I saw after on mot cert once purchased , BEWARE OF SHARP PRACTICES

Surprise, surprise - a car salesman that tells lies!
For the most part the sales people were very nice and pleasant to deal with, and the cars are also pretty good prices - which is why this is not a 1 star review. But they did flat out lie when selling extras. I was told I could pay a one-time payment of £999 for installing an electric charging point outside my house, regardless of how much extra work was needed to install it. But after paying and then submitting a pre-installation survey I was told it would be another £400 to complete, which I had no choice but to pay because I was already £999 deep.
Also the wait times are ridiculous here! After making an appointment to see a car it was 90 minutes later before we were dealt with!
Overall a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend

Avoid – TOTALLY APPALLING SERVICE
Based on experience, I would not recommend V12 Sports & Classics to anyone looking for value for money, decent aftersales support or even basic customer service.
The service has been shambolic from beginning to end. Calls repeatedly not returned, emails ignored, promises of contact that never materialise, no ownership and an astonishing lack of compassion when a customer genuinely needs help.
The irony is that V12 responds to negative Trustpilot reviews telling people to contact Aftersales. Good luck with that – getting Aftersales to actually respond is half the battle.
This experience has left us with the overwhelming impression that making the sale is the priority, dealing with the customer when something goes wrong is another matter entirely!
Most concerning has been the apparent lack of awareness around customer vulnerability. For a business operating in a regulated consumer environment, I would expect far greater understanding of the importance of identifying vulnerability and treating customers fairly and appropriately.
If you value responsive service, accountability and support after you've handed over your money, think very carefully before dealing with this company.
Perhaps less effort managing the Trustpilot reviews and more effort looking after the customers behind them would be a good place to start.

Was given one part ex price on the phone which miraculously reduced by a grand when I got there, do not trust what they say on the phone, a waste of time and money

Changed my review here. Initially I thought I was running into the odd issue. However they had some great staff that sorted the potential issues. Sophie Key in particular should be getting promoted !
Anyway decent garage and their warranty works !

I feel completely misled by this dealership. They sold me a car claiming it had full service history, but when I tried to sell it two months later, the buyer discovered the history was incomplete. VW confirmed several missing services.
When I confronted the dealership and showed them screenshots proving what I was told, they denied everything and refused to take any responsibility.
I even tried to part‑exchange the car back to them, giving them a fair chance to fix the situation, but they rejected every option and didn’t help at all.
This behaviour shows a clear lack of honesty and customer care. Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Hinckley branch. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution.
I initially placed a £99 deposit to view and test drive a 2022 VW T-Roc R-Line on Saturday 15th August. After the test drive, I informed the salesperson, Onder, that I needed time to consider the purchase. I was then pressed by two separate managers/closers to buy the car on the spot. When I reiterated that I needed time, one of the managers stated that if I increased my deposit to £300, the vehicle would be fully reserved for me until the following Saturday (22/08/26) so I could return to complete the payment and collect it. I agreed and paid the £300.
On Thursday 20/08/2026, I noticed the advert had been taken down from AutoTrader and the dealership website. Upon calling both the Head Office and the Hinckley store, I was informed that the car had already been sold! Rather than explaining how this happened, staff simply dismissed the issue by stating they had other cars in stock. The issue is not alternative stock availability—it is why a vehicle was sold to someone else when I had an agreed, paid reservation on it. Was this a deliberate choice to prioritise a quicker sale, or serious internal miscommunication? Whatever the reason is, its unacceptable!! I was explicitly told to put a higher deposit than normal for them to save it till Saturday yet they still decided to sell it.
A deposit is meant to secure a transaction, not act as a temporary holding marker until another customer walks through the door. As far as I understand, once that car had been reserved for me it shouldn’t have been sold to someone else - you wouldn’t sell a house that someone’s already put a deposit on??
Had I not taken the initiative to call and check the status of the vehicle, I would have travelled to the dealership on Saturday fully expecting to purchase and collect a car that had already been sold to someone else. I consider this to be a very poor customer experience as I did not receive any commutation from the sales team and feel that I was seriously let down by the Hinckley branch. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the dealership.
The only positive element was Marina, who was professional, helpful, and efficiently processed my £300 refund over the phone. I am still waiting for a genuine explanation from management as to why the explicit agreement I was given was completely ignored.

Dips was very professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. A good experience overall 👌

Was interested in a BMW car, contacted company via online form, had an initial response to online form, then no reply from specific questions asked. A few days past before i eventually had a response and excuse for delay, however car had been sold during that time. I realise a deposit can reserve a car, but I’m reluctant to do that without basic questions being answered. My car search and cash continues elsewhere…….!
