Spent all day trying to figure this out and still haven't done so. The customer service is HORRIBLE leaving you on hold for hours..this is not intuitive with several rules you have to understand to use.

dont get sucked into believing veeqo Guarantees with Amazon where they say they "Guarantee no AZ claim for orders shipped with them", and that they "have your back".
the reality is that AZ will ignore Veeqo claims, and will decide against you regardless as they laugh to themselves at how arrogant and powerful they are.
you painstakingly follow all their rules to qualify for the Guarantee criteria, but it makes no difference.
Veeqo can do nothing if AZ is in a mood of crushing sellers for fun, like it normally is.
you can then spend months dealing with Veeqo support who drag you along waiting for you to loose interest, and then around 3 months later after boring you with a multitude of different excuses, and referring to the "technical twerps" Veeqo support will come back with an answer to a question you did not ask.
and you will not get your "guaranteed" money back
Veeqo is just as corrupt and scammy as the company which owns it.
they say "we have your back" while they twist the knife in it.
and they all laugh together at how all these fools actually believed their phony "guarantee"
bwah ha ha ha

Generally product works well, but if there's an issue, it's hard to get Veeqo to fix things. Feels like, they just leave you with the issue to deal with it yourself or work it around yourself, with no option or solutions. It is frustrating, so we pray every day that the product works without issues, if we run into issues, we are on our own. If Veeqo wasn't tied to Amazon we would move off Veeqo next day, right now, we are evaluating our options to move our operations on another platform.

They force me to use Amazon shipping.
Amazon shipping is more expensive then USPS + I need to pay for a pickup. for the same order shippingeasy will give me USPS for 1/2 the price.
BEWARE! Check your options

We’ve been using Veeqo to manage inventory and shipping across our Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify stores, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. Everything remains perfectly in sync, and the inventory updates in real-time without any errors or delays.
The interface is super easy to use, and it’s helped us save a lot of time by keeping everything in one place. No more jumping between platforms or worrying about overselling.
If you're managing multiple sales channels and want something reliable that just works, Veeqo is the way to go. We’re really happy with it!

The process should be easier and the same way as Amazon. It should be integrate.
I am not using it because it's not easy to use.

Great software, there are still many improvements that could and should be made. I do think they could do with a real life user panel feedback to help iron out some of the annoyances but for the cost you cant complain.

It has improved since I have been using it. Overall I have had a positive experience. I like the claims protected feature. One problem is I cannot print labels for APO, FPO nor DPO.

It's a free service. It connects all my online markets. It's still has a long way to go to match my other shipping software, which I use to supplement the things lacking with Veeqo. Like, address verification, International rates, being able to modify my invoice/packing slips, importing all my listings without conflicts etc.

Meh. It's ok. The OTDR "guarantee" is a bit of false advertising.

I’m happy to share my experience - I’ve had great service. I think the all-in-one inventory and shipping system is great - it’s definitely going from strength to strength. The functionality continues to improve and it’s saved me so much time and money.
Thanks Veeqo!

I Have an open ticket for few months now and no resolution so far. Tracking status is inaccurate. Orders delivered show in transit and orders in transit are delivered. Is a part time job everyday to track every single order. Also I can not see the details of the order on Veeqo and have to login in to my Amazon account every day to pull the information for customization info.

The user is always wrong!
Support is terrible and digs in and is not open to the idea that the system might have an issue. Have tried to help them identify bugs repeatedly and they are simply not willing to consider that they might exist.
Unable or unwilling to look at something that was wrong but has been "cleaned up" so we can get the item out. Veeqo bug on an item and we go to Amazon or Ebay or Pirate Ship to get the item out on time. The slowness and quality of Veeqo support means we just fix the problem elsewhere rather than spend hours on trying to solve a dumb issue of which there are too many. When we reach out - we are consistently told they can only troubleshoot on active issues.
Support is so poor and so slow, that shipping speed is impacted if we wait for them to figure it out - so we just solve the problem. Yet the quantity of these issues is growing steadily.
Dont make helping identify a bug such a painful process. We just gave up trying to be helpful.
We integrated our inventory and back end into Veeqo and are stuck until we can extract from that but frankly are very excited about a future where we never again have to deal with them...
Would never have taken the time to write a review - but Veeqo energetically solicited it when even a basic review of our account should have shown "these guys arent happy.

I've still not received a refund from the recycled USPS labels in February. Veeqo promised a refund by 3/31. I've had a support case open since 4/8 with no resolution. Every time I ask, they just say they are looking into it and never get back to me. The worst support I've ever received.

Veeqo has been an incredibly valuable tool for streamlining and scaling my e-commerce operation. What makes the experience great is how seamlessly it brings together inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping across multiple platforms—without overcomplicating things. The interface is intuitive, yet powerful, and saves us countless hours that would otherwise be spent jumping between marketplaces and shipping software.
What Veeqo does really well is keeping everything centralized. Being able to manage inventory from eBay, Amazon, and our website in one place is a game changer. The automatic syncing across channels reduces overselling and stockouts, which has a huge impact on customer satisfaction. I also appreciate how fast and reliable their shipping label generation is—it’s just one less thing to worry about during busy order days.
One of the most impressive things about Veeqo is that while most inventory management platforms charge a monthly fee, Veeqo is completely free to use. On top of that, they actually give you 5% back on every shipping label purchased through their system. That’s unheard of in this space and shows they’re truly committed to supporting sellers, not just profiting off them.
Support has been responsive and helpful, and it’s clear the Veeqo team is listening to sellers and building features that actually matter. Overall, Veeqo has helped us operate more efficiently and scale with confidence.

The first line support is excellent. However it take the developers too long to fix major issues - like not being able to print shipping labels for pacakages in a consistent fashion.

Troubled by bugs, latest removing and adjusting our stock level without our knowledge. Previous ones affecting Sales and Product report, took literally a year to fix , so for months we had no way of generating certain reports. Sadly there is not many alternatives out there, maybe its time for a new inventory management app ?

Veeqo used to be fantastic and we happily paid for it. Since it has become free and taken over my Amazon it has been nothing but a nightmare.
They are constantly changing and removing functions with no notice. We are consistently having to use man power to try and find a work around because they have removed something we need. We raise tickets and ask for help, and not given it.

Reply from Veeqo
Veeqo over charges and does not have clear reporting that shows how and what you are being charged.
There is no option to pay for the shipping from the Amazon balance so you are fronting the cost on a credit card

I have had great support over the last two days with Gustavo. really helped me get the root of my problem. i have put a few tickets in lately and had good service back.
