Very pleased with the quality of the products I purchased. I did have an issue which was dealt with promptly.

I’d struggled to find American-sized fitted sheets in the UK and had been relying on friends to bring them back from the US, far from ideal. I was relieved to come across Victoria Linens, who were able to supply exactly what I needed.

Unfortunately, the original delivery was placed in my bin (not the fault of Victoria Linens). When I contacted them, they responded immediately and sent a replacement, which arrived the next day.

Service and delivery was great. We order a fitted sheet that also acts as a valance combi. I loved being able to tailor every aspect of the size and fit to our requirements. The sheet is good quality, however, we do have a tiny bit at the corner where the thread came away after a couple of weeks use. But we can repair this. I'd give 9 out of 10, but have rounded this up to five stars for the review.

Bedding perfect for 4ft small double bed. Always arrive when stated and in good condition.

Excellent Quality of goods bought

The sheets we bought are excellent quality but fitted sheets have frayed in the lower end of the sheet.

This is the most expensive fitted sheet I have ever bought — a 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton, extra-deep sheet. Unfortunately, the quality is very poor. It has worn thin and developed a hole in the centre, while the edges remain as good as new.

Although it is four years old, it was rotated with three other sheets, so it has only been in use for just over a year in total. I have sheets that are over ten years old, cost a fraction of the price, and are still going strong — now used as dust sheets.

While I don’t expect bedding to last forever, in this case the cost far outweighs the quality provided as per other reviews. I would personally never purchase another item from Victoria Linen.

The products I wanted were very easy to order from your website. When I phoned with a query about my first order, the member of staff was very helpful in answering my questions.
My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of what we ordered.

Great personal service, and lovely linen valance

The first order that I made was a product that was made to order, so I had to wait 5/6 weeks but I was kept informed.
I then ordered two more zip round sheets for Christmas and the delivery time was within a week,
The quality of the products is excellent and the zip round is a god send.

Lovely quality bedding. Fitted sheets deep enough to fit my adjustable electric bed. Great customer service too.

Ordered a fitted sheet, non standard size.
The order was time sensitive. Three times I was promised delivery in time. First promise broken, " Oh sorry we will get to it next week. Second promise of "By Saturday if not by then by next Monday", no delivery. Then promised "It was sent last week, it is in the post" according to Royal mail tracking they have not received the parcel, so it cannot have been posted last Friday.
They are quick to take the money, who knows when you will get delivery....

Victoria linen market top quality products and provide very good customer service

Whilst not the cheapest or fastest delivering company the product quality and customer service is first class. I recommend them.

I ordered a valance for our bed, but it was not straightforward. The two sides were o.k., but the valance at the foot of the bed needed to be in two halves. I telephoned the Victoria Linen Company and spoke to a very pleasant lady who said it was not a problem. Just before they started to make my valance they confirmed the measurements and the finished item was sent to me promptly. The valance is lovely, very well made with good quality material and I would have no hesitation in ordering from this Company again.

Excellent company to do business with and good quality products. Had a fitted sheet tailor made and it was a nice touch to let me know the name of the person who had made it for me. Can recommend Victoria Linen for their very good standard of work and service.
