Brilliant product, made in the UK (big plus) and good price. Will definitely use this company again. Customer service fab too.

Excellent quality of fabric and workmanship. Bought for twin adjustable beds with non-standard size mattresses. The fit was good (single skinny fitted sheet), but disappointingly they don't stay tucked in after raising/lowering the bed head or feet, despite having elastic all the way round.

For our custom-sized fitted sheet, Victoria Linen has proved exceptional. The cotton is good quality and the all-round elastication keeps the sheet perfectly in place.

It was just what I ordered no more no less

I ordered a custom made valance to have a 'perfect fit' experience! The problem is with the attachment of the velcro tape. I have never seen such bad sewing in all my life, it has been stretched so badly onto the fabric that it is very badly puckered and no amount of ironing is going to get rid of it. I have attached it to my bed and it looks awful. I am going to have to remove the tape and re-sew it to make it sit straight but I suspect there isn't enough material so it has been stretched on which has obviously caused the puckering. Material has to be sewn in straight for it to lie straight - I do know about these things as an experienced machinist but I was being lazy when I decided to buy a valance custom made but I know I will end up taking it off and making my own. Experience is sometimes very costly in time and money.

December 2022, very pleased with my new custom made valances.
November 2024. Colour has faded completely, just stripes where the duvets overhang. Not in direct sunlight.
Customer Service response: Not had this feedback before. Advised not even direct light could cause the colour to fade, and there are tips on the internet about products to use for reviving faded colours.
Fading is not something I would expect from a quality product. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again.

Lovely quality duvet cover and pillowcases and so brilliant having a zip! Fedex messed up my delivery but the company sorted it out straight away so I will say great customer service as well. I will definitely be ordering more.

Of all the three British made bed linen businesses I've purchased from (Belledorm, Linen Cupboard Yorkshire, and Victoria Linen Co.), Victoria Linen Co. has undeniably the best quality items followed by Linen Cupboard then Belledorm.

First time I’ve used this company and I would never use them again. My parcel was lost by Royal Mail which isnt their fault,but the way they won’t actually do anything for ages is ridiculous. I had to wait a week before they would do anything to begin with, then told the 2 items I’d ordered, they now only had one in stock and weren’t getting anymore in. So after waiting a week I was sent out only one and told the other would be refunded. Now they expect me to wait another week before they will issue a refund for the other one. A decent company would have realised the nightmare and tried to put it right asap and help as much as possible, but not this company, they want to cling on to your cash as long as possible and make the situation more stressful. I wouldn’t have left a review if they had actually helped and sorted this out quickly but they just don’t seem to want to help me. I wouldn’t use them again because of this as I wouldn’t want these issues when purchasing.

Brilliant products, well made and excellent quality material. Produced in the uk. Packaged in brown paper so no plastic. When I needed a rush on part of the order they couldn’t have been more helpful. They make to order and fit odd sizes, I can’t see me buying sheets from anywhere else

High quality product
This is my second order and both have been dispatched within the estimated 3-week lead time. I was able to get fitted sheets for non-standard mattress sizes; the sheets (and the pillowcases from a previous order) are well-made from high quality cotton. They arrived wrapped in brown paper - no plastic in sight - and no chemical smells that most new textiles seem to come with these days. Very happy - will use again and would recommend.

Victoria Linen have solved the problem of my husband pulling sheets off the bed in his sleep, several times over for me. Semi fitted sheets made with care and attention to detail. A little pricey but we get what we pay for and these sheets exude quality, comfort and practicality. Now in bamboo/cotton blend for the menopausal amongst us. Can't say thanks enough to Victoria Linen.

Ordered in total two king and one double split corner valances. These are difficult to find and expensive but I found Victoria Linen to be the most reasonably priced. Had a little wait of just over a week but that was fine. Items arrived so neatly packed that they went straight on to the beds with no need to iron. Also, so pleased to receive the goods packed in strong brown paper, rather than the ubiquitous plastic used by others. So, a particular well done for that! Overall a positive experience, good products, nicely packed at a reasonable cost. Thanks

We ordered a made to measure mattress topper. Told it would be 4 weeks. Got it within 2 weeks. Impressed with the quality of the product. Communication was good, so very pleased with the service. Will be ordering again.

Order placed May 26th, got the acknowledgement with the usual blah blah about covid related delays etc etc etc. Very expensive sheets but would have been worth the price if I'd actually got them. It's now 7 weeks and not heard a peep out of them. Dreadful customer service from a supplier supposedly selling premium goods. I've demanded a refund but have my doubts...
