What a great time!

I already filled out other review from the app. I would like to say that it was the greatest. I was nervous since we got burned by American Queen and never were able to get our refund. But Victory was awesome. Thank you for your concern about the environment like not washing towels until we needed them. I appreciated no water bottles and love our gift. I enjoyed the smaller meals so there was no waste. You also did an excellent job making the 250th Birthday so great. The band is SO GOOD. I was only disappointed that Niagara was a highlight for us but was a bust. We were herded onto ship and then back on to bus. No time to spend at all walking around, shopping, and seeing other parts of the falls.

The cruise was great! Your staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, fun. I liked that there were lots of events to attend during the day, but also there was time for us to rest after an excursion. The food was very good. The ship was clean and safe and fun to be on. We really had a great time.

The downside was the time spent on the Niagara Falls excursion. The bus left late because of customs and we were extremely rushed when we got to the Falls. Rush to the Falls boat trip, rush off the Falls Boat and then back to the bus immediately. No time to walk around and see the other Falls up close, no time to shop, no time to even go to the bathroom. This was to be the highlight of my trip and I feel sad that it was so short and rushed. This really needs to be corrected. Also, you need to do more in Cleveland too - just dropping us off at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and not even giving us a short tour of the city felt incomplete. Please address this issue too. Thank you.

Overall our 2 week trip was great. The strengths were the Stateroom staff was excellent, dining staff and service was excellent, lounge staff and entertainment was excellent. The weakest was the communication from the Cruise Director and staff. But, we were able to see and attend all excursions successfully. Captain Vlad was outstanding to be able to get us from port to port on schedule and very approachable when seen on the ship.

The staff was fantastic! Their attitudes, personality, adeptness with many details and care for others are to be recognized and serve as
'selling point" for any "return customers" and for initial prospective passengers.
Not to eliminate any of the staff we encountered on our voyage but specifically to extend our greatest thanks to our room service attendant, Ali. Her attitude toward us was unbelievable, her attention to details was topnotch, her personality was so warm and caring, her smile and willingness to work to attain the cleanest and neatest are skills that are to be modeled by others. Workers such as she should be valued and copied by others. We were so fortunate to meet the lady that she is. Thank you!

Loved this cruise. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating . Food was great. Shore trips were great. Entertainment was really good. Fun crafts, games and movies. Loved all of it!

The staff/crew of Victory Cruise were so patient and caring to our family. Our circumstances were unique compared to other cruisers in the past, however they still went above and beyond for our group to not only be accommodating, but make sure we had a wonderful cruise.

The staff was wonderful except for one man Eduardo that was a waiter. He was awful. The rest of the staff were WONDERFUL! Room Suite small. Single bed so not much room. Food was always great but more variety would be nice. They had great alcohol selection. Entertainment was great. The guy that would talk about the excursions was very boring and didn't make sense. Iv been on a ton of big ships so this was first river cruise. Definitely missed the pool and casino on the other ships.

Cruise was great,airline seating was awful

Absolutely everything was great! The staff, cleanliness, food, excursions, and atmosphere were definitely spot-on.

If I had to make a suggestion, it would be better accommodations to those that had mobility issues. I know as a foreign-registered boat you don't have to, but it would be nice. I felt really bad for those folks that were struggling to go up and down the boat ramp and travel any distances.

The crew, from waiters, room staff, etc. Outstanding service and food. We've done Viking river cruises and this was everything we've experienced and more.

Food was great! Staff is great especially the dining room wait staff, bar staff and cabin steward.

Everything on our Victory Cruise through the Great Lakes was great. The staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I love that they always greeted me by name and never hesitated to make sure I was comfortable. The food was very good ay every meal and the bar staff made sure our drinks were refreshed as needed. Our cabin was kept clean and we appreciated the chocolates with turn-down service. The included excursions were a nice bonus, however I was disappointed that the Cuyahoga Valley tour did not include seeing the waterfall, which was clearly featured in every excursion brochure. And in the same day, the tour of Stan Hywet was almost entirely filled up with a tour of the house, with not enough time to explore the beautiful gardens. And at the Niagara Falls excursion, there was only time to take the boat ride and no time to see the visitor center or the view of the falls from their lookout spot. Perhaps going forward, you may consider removing one or two of the later excursions so that we have time to explore more before the deadline to get back on the ship. I was on the Victory II and would like to offer a special shout out to our dining room attendant Candido, our bartender Sachin, our room steward Ivon, and The Grill staff of Wayan, Uno and Rahul. Also kudos to the talented band and especially the singers. They were very good and offered a variety of music. I will not hesitate to recommend Victory Cruises. Thank you.
