What made my experience great? Where to start, from the start of my very first enquiry about flying on a certain date and which villas would be available if we could do just that. What was the time difference to fly from our choice of 2 airports and the cost difference if any. To the ending of my booking it was 100% perfect customer service. I cannot say a big enough thank you to Donna who has taken all the stress away from booking this break away for the four of us who so desperately need this holiday. I recommend Villa Select to anyone who wants to book a villa holiday.

Communication, communication, communication.

This is the third time that Donna has helped with choosing and arranging a villa for me and my family. She gives outstanding personal service, and is very knowledgable about the locations and villas in the countries I've been interested in (Mallorca, Cyprus and Kefalonia). Other Villa Select staff I've had brief contact with have all been very pleasant and helpful too. It's a great company.

Jaime Laight is absolutely worth her weight in gold. She is 100% in the right job as it just comes so effortlessly to her! We have been in touch now over a number of years regarding a villa booking for my wedding reception. As you can imagine there is quite a lot of finer details to make sure the day goes as planned with no issues! Jaime has been amazing since day 1, so responsive and always going the extra mile to ensure my weird and wonderful queries were answered.
Safe to say I had the best wedding day ever in the most beautiful villa which myself & my guests will never, ever forget! Truly out of this world. Jaime was a key component in ensuring our day was amazing and for that we are truly forever grateful!

First time we have stayed in a Villa & I was anxious about booking .I needn’t have been because Jaime was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything.She was extremely knowledgeable & patient - nothing was too much trouble for her .She arranged our hire cars and private transfers to & from the airport .Also , the Villa Select Rep at our resort was very helpful & friendly.
Our Villa was amazing and we are returning next year !

Stayed at the Villa George in kefalonia, beautiful villa stunning views and a short walk into into the village for our evening meal at many of the local Greek tavernas, our Villa Select rep Deborah visited us with lots of helpful advise and information, fantastic week would definitely love to return.

Spoke with Lucy & explained what we were looking for in our holiday. Lucy promptly came back with an ideal solution & was very pleasant. Hopefully the holiday will live up to expectations. Watch this space!

Villa in an ideal location, near shops and beaches. Villa was very clean and spacious. We all had a great time and will be booking with Villa Select for our next family holiday

We booked villa la vie Kefalonia in Greece through villa select. We had the most relaxing holiday every thing went very smoothly the villa was amazing, clean & tidy it was beautiful. Located on hill side it was quiet,Kara Radford was the manager she came round to make sure we had everything, she also sorted out car hire for us as we needed a decent size for 5 people, Irene the owner was very helpful and bought us a bottle of wine to welcome us also very very friendly & had put milk & few other items in as we had a late flight, very friendly staff couldn’t wish for anything more would definitely go back!

Currently ending a holiday with toilet broken for 5 days, air con in two bedrooms not working since arrival and maintenance man arrived for the fifth time, this time to say - owner say you can have one fan. Beware!

Fabulous company, great communication from start to end. We had a stunning villa in Kefalonia, great welcome pack full of information and lovely local goodies. We were given a local rep called Deborah who checked in on us by telephone as we arrived and the day we left, she also wanted to pop around to say hello but we were busy on that day. Will be using Villa Select again.

Just returned from port de pollensa mallorca villa casa dos excellent villa as described within walking distance to all amenities second week hired car enable us to see a lot more of the island we have used villa select 3 /4 times and would recommend them to anyone who likes villa holidays donna was friendly and knowledgeable about the villa we hired kind regards karl dowd

Every member of staff we spoke to was absolutely brilliant.We felt the girls had a smile on their face when they were talking to us.Nothing was too much trouble.We will definitely use them again.Well done girls you are amazing.We could not have asked for a better service.
