Excellent Manager ( Matthew) and superb 5star service at the Vodafone Shop in Aberystwyth.
After an evening of attempting to migrate our iPhone SE to a iPhone 15 Plus and experiencing that the new phone delivered direct from Vodafone that day which was faulty and potentially dangerous we were advised to take it to our nearest Vodafone store, This we did and to our relief had an amazing service from the shop. The Manager with humour and patience spent as much time as it took ( 2 hours at least due to the hoops that the Vodafone system on-line made us jump through). The Vodafone on-line procedures are not helpful. The Manager and the branch itself were indeed the redeeming feature of this experience. They are to be commended. We really cannot speak highly enough of them. The fact that on my raising a formal complaint about the on-line idiocy of the Vodafone system saw us awarded compensation illustrated the degree of stress we all went through that day - both us and those trying to assist us, namely the shop.

Great all round service!
Staff were welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. I was grateful for their patience while I was trying to decide which item I wanted. I use this store fairly often and the atmosphere between the staff and the customers is great.

Brilliant customer service from Makayla
Makayla upgraded my phone and was excellent with her knowledge along with great customer service.
Unfortunately a day or two after the upgrade vodafone's system crashed and I went back into store. Again Makayla was brilliant and rectified the problem. However vodafone couldn't honour the tariff I was put on as it had changed since their system crashed. Makayla started a complaint procedure for me and I received a call last night. It has now been sorted, but in a outdated way. Vodafone staff in store in Aberystwyth were brilliant, the way their systems work need an update though.

Tom was a massive help
