Might be able to use a phone but really need help on setting things up. No need to worry. Visited the Crewe Store and Kelby helped me rearranged new phone, contract and broadband. Explained every step of the way and helped transfer all my info with no problem. Used this branch for 12 years and very pleased :)

Patient and knowledgeable
Went in and saw Tom for a query on my mums Account, he put her mind at ease cleared up the query and even explained how her account works so she wouldnt have to worry about anything if she was to get similar messages.

Kelby was absolutely brilliant today when we went to enquiry about a new phone. He was very professional, informative and spent quality time helping us even when there were other people waiting, we did not feel rushed into making a decision or anything. There were some great winter deals on, which were an added. Onus and he helped us get the right deal for us. Kelby is a real credit to the Vodafone store, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Tom gave me a cracking business broadband deal. I have a local soft play and broadband was up for renewal. He offered me faster speeds for a lower price! And even went out of his way to ask about the rest of the business connections and found a better deal on the business phone sim too! What a legend. If you have a small business in Crewe I would certainly recommend Vodafone Crewe for business broadband + sim packages
