Halifax Vodafone store
I paid a visit to the Vodafone store in Halifax, as I was visiting a friend. I had an issue with my phone. I was greeted by the store manager, Sharon.
Sharon was able to re boot my phone and asked if I was interested in an upgrade. I asked if she could get me a better deal on my broadband. Sharon looked into this and managed to get me a cheaper deal. My phone was due to an upgrade, which I was happy to explore and upgraded, as Sharon secured a good trade in price for my current device.
Sharon was very helpful, she explained everything regarding my upgrade and my broadband.
Extremely professional and would recommend this store for great customer service.

The lady in the store was first class
The lady in the store was first class. We had been to a couple of other stores and tried to keep my son’s number but it was too much trouble for them all. Not this lady. She went through it all painstakingly to keep his number. She also got him a cracking deal on his sim. The ladies name was Kirsty I think in the Halifax store. What a true professional.

Kirsty (and I think the other lady was…

The online Vodaphone support has become…
The online Vodaphone support has become rubbish. 1. They did not recognise the card I used many times to top up online, so my payment didnt go through. 2. No reason was stated online. 3. The support agent spoke with such a strong accent that I could not understand him - he said "is it your only phone number?" refused to explain why he asks, was rude, - and when I called again, since this one dropped the line, another agent asked "are you the OWNER of this phone?" which at least made sense. 4. but she still could not see that I d used that card numerous times to pay for thos number. 5. again, after this conversation the payment failed, she proposed me to go to the store on foot for topping up
