I've signed a contract for 2 years
I've signed a contract for 2 years, and being promissed that is the best network in uk. Big suprise, Vodafone doesn't cover big areas outside london! Not just for internet, you will be out of network completley. I've end up the contract early within 14 days and they delete my phone number, 10 years old without asking if I want to keep the number, nothing. The customer service tried to recover my number but as all the answers are from another team they failed. If you look for good reception from a mobile network, Vodafone is not the one!

Helpful staff in Harlow branch
I visited your Harlow store today & was very happy with the help I received from Lewis & Lloyd. They were both very friendly & helpful. They was able to resolve an issue with my handset that Vodafone (over the phone spent 35minutes trying to resolve & failed).

Great service
Great service the other day at the store in Harlow. Both members of staff explained my options really well and weren't pushy at all. I left with a great new contract for myself and my daughter.

Excellent service Came to the Vodaphone shop in Harlow…
Came to the Vodaphone shop in Harlow today 8 Feb 24 . After having tried twice to get my phone changed to 4 g . The man Lewis Melton was so helpful it was the best service I have received in a shop for years . In fact all the staff were very helpful and customer orientated . I will be coming back to upgrade instead of doing it over the phone . Long May shops remain. !
