Visited today to endure a TWO HOUR wait to even SEE an advisor over a faulty phone supplied by Vodafone. One manager with several other staff being trained
Several other people also waiting in the queue have been here longer than me
Part of my contract is to have support available when required.
Online help was no help & hung up mid call
Seems to be a pattern of poor customer service with Vodafone

Support with touchscreen issues
I went for support with my phone as the touchscreen was not working and I received outstanding service from Sean! He tried everything to get the phone up and running again and even made me a cuppa while running updates. Alas nothing worked and he gave next steps option including repair, I chose to upgrade and leave store with a working phone. Thanks again for the great service and banter Sean!!
