I recently visited this branch for an upgrade, I was greeted politely by all. I was taken care of by Luke during my visit, he was kind, sweet and caring and ensured I was supported with anything I needed.
Such a sweet young man with lovely eyes, an absoloute dream boat.

Unfortunately, I cannot write a review with less than one Star. I bought an iPad from Vodafone and was told in the shop thatI needed to buy a thing to use it because of the price of the iPad was cheaper than anywhere else I agreed to buy the same which was 40 GB for less than £10 a month. Today I double check my bill which had gone up by 100%. In questioning this I was bounced from telephone to jackpot to FRAUD to chatbot to telephone to chatbot and eventually a person. What’s the person obviously has a job to do it’s incredibly frustrating to repeat all of the same information every time you make contact without communication organisation. Bottom line is I was miss sold the same, and only when I query my increased bill today did it become evident that I had been sold a SIM which is a mobile phone number and the iPad which already had its own SIM in it. So I’ve been paying under one plan for two items. Vodafone are completely unsympathetic with this and refused to reimburse the outstanding sum due to their mis-selling practice in a shop at Merry Hill Dudley. I’m less than satisfied with Vodafone.
It transpires unbeknown to me that when you buy an iPad from Vodafone, it comes with an existing SIM card and that I did not need to buy an additional card. However, Vodafone refused to take responsibility and I am still left with the BILL that should never have been levied on me at all. Maybe it’s my fault, but I feel I’m a relatively intelligent man that understands when someone is telling me that in order to use the eye pad, I had to buy an extra 40 GB monthly SIM as the iPad does not come with them as standard. So maybe I was stupid and accepting the cheaper iPad and buying a 40 gig Sim. Or maybe the sales person at Dudley blatantly lied to increase his sales figures by selling two items one of which that was not needed whatsoever. Be aware please check your contracts and don’t take it at face value.
