Cut my bill by £10/month
Went to the Vodafone shop in the Merry Hill shopping centre in Dudley to see if I could get a better deal. My previous contract had expired and Lorelei went through the available options and was able to save me £10 per month on a two phone contract. Very helpful and professional service.

Merry hill - Sam
I have created a Trustpilot account just for this! The service I have received with Vodafone has always been done but I visited the merry hill shop last week for an upgrade, usually I do it online but I wasn’t sure what I wanted! I met an advisor there called Sam, she made me so comfortable and made it so easy to understand the process, I haven’t had two payments before and it was a bit daunting. But she made it easy and now I feel at ease!
