New iphone problems
Just bought a new iPhone and ask how easy it is to transfer data to new phone. I got professional advice from Edward which was positive which enabled me to transfer one phone to another. On completion I found that the new phone could not make incoming or outgoing going calls. On the next visit Edward was able to identify the problem and achieve a solution. He has a very good and pleasant attitude to what he was doing. An exception member of Orpington team.

Great customer service
I had a really great experience in the shop today with Edward, who was extremely helpful, professional and gracious.
